One of my favorite little details in Monsters University is how Randall gets progressively more confident after each Scare Games trial. He starts out with a shy little wave, but by the final game he looks like he actually believes in himself. It's so goddamn cute, I love him finding his confidence even if it's with the wrong crowd.
