The question is: What does audio roleplay offer you, that other fictional mediums like movies, books, and videogames don't?

Personally, I enjoy the immersive experience of the audios. I love the individual creativity and the way some audio rp creators take the time, effort, and feedback from the listeners to add more depth and shared insights to create an audio rp universe. From the audios I’ve listened to since my first introduction to Matador Gothic, it could take an idea that’s constantly used in the genre (e.g., vampires, heroes, mafia, etc) and provide a new twist and creative direction. I also enjoy the fact that these audios are created based on the idea of one person who took the time to write and make a whole rp world with each character having their own lore. It’s a wonderful thing and I appreciate the time taken to make these! ✨ that’s my take :)
