Bonus recipe 1: lemon tea

ingredients: juice of one (1) lemon, one cup (250 ml) boiling water

Combine the ingredients. Use less lemon if you don’t want it to be too sour. Add honey if desired and enjoy :)

Bonus recipe 2: lemonade

ingredients: three to five (3-5) lemons, 1/2 cup (100 grams) sugar, three cups (750 ml) cold water, one cup (250 ml) boiling water

Juice the lemons. In a jug, combine the boiling water and sugar, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Add the juice from the lemons and the cold water, mix, then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Serve with mint and ice (if preferred)
