Will maybe have to get an MRI again just to be safe but for now my diagnosis is vestibular migraines and anxiety (duh). I am going to see a new psychiatrist cuz my current one just reads every note he has on me out loud, makes me do the same questionnaires that I feel like aren't even relevant to my symptoms and then always tries to push back if I give a higher rating to something than last time. Then he shows me pics of his granddaughters (who are unfortunately very cute but I am not paying to look at his family photos). And if I tell him anything about my life he pushes back by asking questions that insinuate I'm lying or whatever is happening is my fault, and then cuts me off when I try to answer. When I told the office I wanted to switch he called me the next day to be like "why do you want to switch" bro???

Hate that they changed where the buttons are... Also this place gives me nightmares

I will finally be able to start going to doctors appts soon since I will be able to work from home a few days a week... Idk where to go first, dentist for tooth pain, ent for entire face pain and coughing, allergist to see if maybe that's all from allergies, gyno for utis and to discuss changing birth control, dermatologist for hair loss, or rheumatologist to see if allll of that is related to sjogrens. Also need to start getting therapy again. And maybe get my eyes checked again to make sure optic nerves aren't swelling more. I'm so tired all the time and my social anxiety is bad. I'm also actually fine and okay though....idek. going to a passover dinner tonight and trying to use unexpected day off wisely but have just been sleeping. I'm literally fine though

Going to salon first time in a year, gonna drop off donations to the local thrift, then either gonna watch the new Jenny Nicholson or The Pitt and hopefully maybe do Something creative
