What did devsis mean when they put them together here…

I’ve honestly thought about it quite a bit but I feel like Madeleines character was at least a little bit inspired by Dark Choco’s. I mean he’s in the same exact pose as young prince and even looks like him a bit with the overly long hair, smug expression, and ofc them both wielding swords.

Along with Madeleines and Dark Choco’s backstory being almost completely the opposite but also similar?, Dark Choco only having his father raising him to be a warrior and Madeleine having his mom (and aunties) who also raised Madeleine to be a warrior but was more supportive. They were made with the same goals but different outcomes. If that makes sense?
