This was my first year doing art fight and my first time making a reference sheet. image 1 was the one I used during the event but ive improved so much both due to artfight and other practice that im doing so i wanted to redo it
I also changed some lore around, hes still a fae but I decided to make him more Stork themed then just water.
This is the first of three I will be doing and also the worst of them.

Day 16 - Lazy day 3
For my first trick, I'm trying to get out of art block by doing a reinterpretation of one of my old drawings. This one is from all the way back in 2021, when I first started getting into art!
Oh man oh man. I was going through my old email account and found these. Some of my old drawings from when I was a kid. I think these were drawn around the general time frame of 2015-2016. I'm cringing. Also yes, Artemis has been an OC of mine this far back! They've changed a lot and grown up with me lol!
My art now for comparison. Probably not any better LOL. I also draw a lot less because my hands hurt so much when I do. π₯² Big sad. But that's what you get when you play your DS/3DS for hours on end. XP

Day 14 - Faces from different angles (1)
Struggled a lot with the down view today π Itβs definitely something I need to practice more.
But I really enjoyed coloring the other two, especially experimenting with the skin tones and shadows. π€

I really enjoyed drawing this one. Iβm trying to get more comfortable with dynamic poses and figures instead of always staying in my comfort zone.
