And here is my fic for this years HxH Big Bang: a cyberpunk excursion to the neon-lit city of York New featuring a glitchy synthetic Illumi - or Z-01IL-LU - and a slightly obsessive cyborg Hisoka going on missions for the Phantom Troupe, discussing the meaning of (artificial) life and being stalked by a dangerous stranger.

With art by the wonderful @lemlemqiz and @shent-shent - seriously, their works are absolutely stunning and so beautiful 😍🥰 I'm incredibly happy to have been partnered with these two amazing artists!

My piece for @hxhbigbang26 I’ve been seeing this event for so long and never knew how to participate until this year hahah

Never have I ever drew something continuously for so long, andd I usually don’t like the outcome of it, but I had so much fun drawing it!

Anyway it’s kinda featuring @lester-van-fabul0uz upcoming fan fic. I drew the sketch right after I read the summary. it’s not accurate, but the summary itself gave me so much inspiration that I couldn’t contain myself.

I’ve been dreaming about this exact au for so long. And when I saw that one of the best hisoillu writers decided to presented it to the community I was soooo immensely happy! Yall should read it once it’s gonna be uploaded to ao3 (I’ll add a link once it’s published)

#I’m a fan now

Really don’t like recent trend of portraying hisoka as spoiled whiny needy or bratty when this man is all about challenge and crawling his way out of any situation. I mean if there’s no challenge he gets bored. Or when machi demanded that he release her from bungee gum he tells her to figure it out herself and stop complaining. Hell, even waiting might be his way of challenging himself.
