Its admittedly been... a while since I last read the manga and I didn't get around to reading Vigilantes, but one of the sticking points on "Hizashi is Punk" to me is that he's a spandex-clad enforcer of the state licensed by a government body to perform those duties. How can one be punk if they're a cop; how can one STAY punk if they're a cop? Or are heroes supposed to be generalized emergency services but we get on-screen emphasis on combat for the spectacle? Yet ALSO there's the question of how much hero work he actually does since UA has a canonically established schedule (and he'd have to be there before AND at least a little after school for faculty side stuff and potentially running a club and there's a whole big reason why I assume there's exponentially more teachers than we ever saw since there's 11 homerooms for each 3 years) and the only reason why we saw Aizawa doing hero work was because it was at night and we know/joke that the man constantly sleeps in class to make up for his horrible schedule.
