Eliza takes her husband’s hands, glad to be with him at this time. Despite his own memories still being incomplete, she hopes the day they FINALLY got married after months of waiting stood out in his mind. In today’s time and age, there were endless possibilities of how to spend the day, but Eliza didn’t care as long as she was with Alexander. 

Their anniversary was something Eliza could never forget. She loved her husband far too much for that. Even after years, her love for him still was as strong as the day she first laid eyes on him. This particular thing Eliza had for her husband, she was a little excited for. It was far overdue, especially when she promised him this when she was still pregnant with Philip, and that seemed both yesterday and ages ago at this point. 

She grins when handing him the small box, giving him a kiss on the cheek.

She puts the freshly made batch of cookies (after all these years, she finally got it right) on the top of the stove when she looks over at James, eyebrows together. Before smiling some at the interests he’s taken. It was different from her other children. Still, she loves it all the same, glad her children are so well rounded.
