➤ I'm a female shifter since 2020, I shift as a K-Pop idol, where my name is Sunhisoo. You can call me like this if you feel like it! (in a way to immerse us into our desired realities). Unfortunately, I didn't shift yet, by lack of time, and a mindset I'm working on to improve! Despite not having shifted, I have lots of knowledge, and able to help you on your script if needed!

Something has been preventing me from shifting. I'm a huge believer in shifting and have been trying for years, but my mind keeps trapping me in the same limiting beliefs.

➤ I know shifting can happen anywhere—at a store, in a movie theater, even on the toilet (i mean, why not? 💀). But for some reason, I can't see it as easy. My brain has decided that I can ONLY shift if I'm lying in bed, completely still, and tired. If I'm awake and just chilling somewhere? Nope. My mind refuses to accept it.

➤ I wish I could change that mindset effortlessly, but I feel blocked. It's frustrating because I know shifting isn't tied to some perfect scenario, yet my brain won't let go of that belief.
