The redhaired girlβs eyes widened when she realised it was Lee whoβd been waiting for her outside. Now surely sheβd never come out. How could she let Lee see her so weak? Leeβs words made her shake her head silently, sniffling; she didnβt understand. Didnβt she see? It wasnβt Lee that would leave Cammie, it was Cammie that would leave Leeβ after what her parents walked in on that wouldnβt be the only punishment sheβd receive. βIβ¦ I donβt like this.β Before the blonde could ask what she was going on about Cammie explained. βI donβt like being in here, hiding, so Iβm going to come out and fix my makeup and you wonβt notice the signs that Iβve been crying, okay?β
As Lee listened to Cammie in the stall, she couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt, as if it was all her fault that they were in this predicament. If only she hadn't f come on too strong all those months ago, then this wouldn't of happened. "As much as you want me to do that," she started, nervously running a hand through her teased blonde hair. "I can't, and I don't want to pretend like everything is alright... Shit, shit happens, but we can make this right..."
