* KAM !
itâs full on declared everlasting love when he feels his cheeks being poked plaufylly by the little girl, something that brings him to fill them with air & pretending theyâre being burst by her powerful touch each time theyâre poked. eventually he lets out a high pitched laughter out of the happiness this whole scene is bringing to him, possibly being the rudest bitch around by ignoring jasonâs presence momentarily. but this is a moment to share with a divine being & heâs not about to start feeling bad about it. â it wasnât a question, nessie. it was more of an affirmation that this is how i will proceed with my day & give the freedom to you that you desperately crave !! isnât that what salem & ezra keep mentioning to you anyway ? youâre too much of a full time father & less of a regular human being. go have a drink. eat something good, which i doubt youâll find here. go flirt with strangers or engage in interesting conversations. or even argue with the fake queen about how her outfit is historically inaccurate & how this whole event is a farce. iâm surprised you are here without looking like you stepped on horse sh- well, you get it. even i feel offended by this. â kam still shrugs & spins around in circles while continuing to hold her, laughing loudly when she does too & continues to give her gentle squeezes. â tell me, lottie. wouldnât you prefer to go with pâkam & be spoiled ? i could get you a balloon & we could also go get food. pâkam made a lot of money today, so why shouldnât he spend it to spoil you, huh ? we can get some chicken to remain healthy & then if thereâs any available, some ice cream too !! we can go visit the cute goats too & pet them. doesnât sound nice ? jason, are you really going to say no to this cutie ? â he gently presses his cheek against hers & forms a pout on his lips, batting his eyelashes pleadingly so he wonât get no for an answer. â donât be mean to us, daddy. we just want to have a really good time. â
Jasonâs nose wrinkles in both mild disgust and excitement at just how cute the sight was in front of him ( thanks mostly to his daughter, if heâs got to say some type of disclaimer ). His eyes roll at the nickname Kamâs bestowed upon him now, raising another brow as he looks back at the pair with his arms coming across his chest.  â I mean, I guess you arenât wrong, they complain to me all the time I donât put myself out there, but there are moments like now where Iâd much rather not be doing that. I donât really want to flirt around right now. â Jasonâs nose wrinkles further as he feels mildly insulted at Kamâs words, almost offended by them but choosing to swallow his words now that his daughter was present. Instead he opts to scowl unhappily arms tightening around his chest.  â Oh my god. I do not look like I stepped in horse dung, my clothing choices are amazing, thank you. I think I look fine. The crown matches hers. So, is that really so bad? â Thereâs a click of his tongue as his eyes narrow as Kam rambles on, disliking the way his daughterâs eyes light up along with each promise of fun. For a moment thereâs a bubble of .... jealousy, yes jealousy, in the pit of his stomach, only to completely dissipate at the utterance of â daddy â by someone not his daughter. With a shake of his head, Jason unwraps his arms finally to wave a hand dismissively, effectively ignoring the rest of the otherâs words as his mind hyperfocuses, though if one looked closely, theyâd see the tinge of an embarrassed blush painting his cheeks.  â No no no. You do not call me that. Thatâs for her and her only. Right, darling? Only you get to call me daddy. If Kammie here can promise never to say that word ever again to me, maybe, maybe Iâll consider letting him run off with you, so long as Iâm allowed to keep a safe distance behind. Because I do not trust this any more. â
