We’re all good musicians, we all work hard, we’re all at different places in our playing career.

Just because you aren’t where someone else is doesn’t make you any less of a musician.

This is something I endured so hard this semester, and ive just realized how shitty colleagues can seriously be.

Please know … who cares what some people say? If your colleague has a stick up their ass ignore them, if you’re happy with how you’re going and with your improvements you do you. Don’t let someone else tear you down and make you feel like a garbage player because all you can ever do and ever be is you.
