I remember watching the show when I was younger on Toonami, after every episode I’d say “bang” along with Spike so happy and excited for the next episode that would come the next week. When the last episode came I was devastated, at first I didn’t believe it at all in fact I came up with the theory that he wasn’t dead and it was just a joke or if anything a tease.

Then I got older and I still reminisce about the show alot, it soon became just a memory a very cherished one though. Then I heard it was coming back on Toonami and I was so excited my childhood was coming back! I was so up for that nostalgia, but I was still scared of the ending again I knew what would happen but I was hoping I remembered it wrong.

When it came on for the first time again I was so ecstatic and filled with nostalgia and memories that I completely forgotten! I was utterly amazed of how much I overlooked and I noticed so many more jokes and references, which made me feel so happy!

And so many questions I had as a kid were finally answered, but. Not the last few. I still want to know if Spike died, what happened to Ed, to Faye, to Ein, and to Jet. But I know those questions will never be answered, and I’m fine with that.
