Lost

I feel more and more lost. I don't feel sad or anything just lost. I feel lost in my feelings, I don't understand them and it's hard to describe it. I know I'm not sad, I have no reason to be sad. But I don't feel happy either, it's a weird thing. I'll try to describe it, it's like I have something in my throat but I can't swallow it. I feel a pressure in my chest but I don't know what it is. I also feel tired.
