Stands powers' come from desperation/desire: like Kira wanted a clean way to murder and salvage his only interest[hands] so KQ was that, Koichi wanted to help his family and makw his voice be heard so Echoes did so and evolved as he matured. of course, Family genetics apply: Star Platinum being the same strength as Za warudo and Crazy Diamond and Stone Free having [somewhat]rivaled its speed and power but again they have abilities to want their user want - - Josuke wants to aid people, and Jolyne wanted to break free(and know what here "allies" were being secretive about with that audio thing it did).

so what does Diana want? I TELL YOU connections, more or less(COMPASSION is her leading trait Ik iK just let me explain)once she learned about the great evil in man's world she set of, and wasn't say about exploring and understanding that world. she WANTS to understand people- - AND THEYER PAIN so she can EASE IT because her HEART cannot bare to see anyone hurt THATS COMPASSION AND IT STEMS FROM CONNECTING!! so her stand would be unorthodox for combat, like Moody blues, Act 1 echoes, harvest(whitesnake somewhat) etc... it would probably be like Heaven's door in which she can understand people (thought not as intense as Rohan) and would use it before engaging in fights with her foes to try and settle it peacefully and diplomatically.

and it gotta be named Dirty Diana(by mj) COME ONE ITS PERFECT!!

and as for Clark, it a bit different...he has every connection and understands humanity more deeply and intimately....all he really wants is to be in every place at once to help MORE....so his stand oughta be a remote control long-distance type like Black sabbath and Yo Yo ma with him aiding anyone in trouble while Clark does his more personal acts of service like keeping touch with his wife, family and friends!
