Love and nurture your inner child, because they are a very important part of you that deserves to be treated with kindness. Enjoy the activities that brought you joy as a kid, or experience the things you never got an opportunity to. Never stop being an optimistic soul who sees the positivity in the world. Most importantly, learn to find a way to do this on a regular basis, even if it's only for a brief moment in time
