PARKOUR TRAINING + 1

So, after practicing Parkour for about 5 months, I've decided to step it up.

I've been going to Miami Freerunning and Parkour Academy. Great set up, amazing instructors. Although I have gotten better (obvious, since I knew "nothing" before), I haven't improved at the pace I would like to. It has nothing to do with the instructors or their methods, but with how much time I'm spending on it. An hour Monday thru Thurs of class + open gym (mostly eating crap) isn't enough. So, after having a short conversation with Alan from http://fyeahparkour.tumblr.com/ , I've decided to start training properly (that is, implementing my own training regimen in addition to the classes at the academy). We'll see how this goes...

JUST received that from Amazon. :) I wanted a "cool" keyholder for my new place, either parkour or mtb related. After over an hour of searching, even though it's not labeled as a "parkour" item or anything, it fits the theme nicely.
