Long Distance Love Letters

You rocked my world in the most unexpected way, at the most unexpected time. A time where people said “are you sure you wanna start a relationship now? Isnt it too soon?“

And of course, if theres even such a thing as a good time for a relationship, the situation I was in certainly wouldnt count as such.

But what people just didnt understand was the way I felt when you looked at me. When you managed to calm the crazy storms in my mind with your voice. For the first time in my life, I just felt understood. My soul finally found peace. You understood every single part of my soul, all my screw ups, all my wrongdoings, without any judgement you just accepted my past and loved me despite everything.

It’s been a little over 4 months now since we hit home run. 4 months without a kiss, without a touch, instead it’s been 4 months with endless conversations, watching Harry Potter together, falling in love with a tv show together, listening to cheesy lovesongs together. And I wouldnt wanna change a thing about it. Like Ive told you before, without the distance we wouldn’t be so close.

With that being said, I still cant wait to finally meet you in 6 weeks. Finally kiss you, finally falling asleep next to you. Finally doing all the little things we‘ve been dreaming about for the longest time.
