Venus Love Me Chain

In anticipation of moving Minako to her own, standalone blog (coughagaincough), all activity on this blog and with this muse are on hold. Additionally, I may decide to start completely fresh on the new blog. If we had a plot you really enjoyed and want to continue, please let me know.

How long had it been since she’d last been to the beach? Sand between her toes, gentle waves hitting shore and splashing her feet, bright sunshine. It had honestly been far too long, so she jumped on the opportunity to offer the beach as somewhere to spend time with her new best friend and sister-wife.

She wore an orange two-piece bathing suit under her clothes, a white button down long sleeve shirt worn open and a white beach wrap-skirt. Her sandals had long been discarded back were their beach towels rested under a large umbrella. 

They’d gone looking for seashells once the tide had started to roll back. Water splashed around her feet as another gentle wave rolled onto the sand. A gleeful laugh erupted from her as she watched Iarios chase out the wave to retrieve something before rushing back. 

Minako blinked as she watched him line up the seashell before announcing what he was envisioning. She snorted out laugh before striking the Birth of Venus pose. She only held it for a moment before she doubled over with laughter, holding her stomach as she did.

“Lemme see it,” she said once she caught her breath, crossing over to look at the seashell he held in his hand. “Ooh, that’s a pretty one. Better than anything I’ve found.”

The monster was one of the many followers of Sailor Chaos. He was the one who came out with the plan to attack the Sailor Senshi. Corrupting them. Making them an easy picking without their blessed planet power. As he was opening a portal to return to home base. He sensed a powerful presence, an angry powerful presence behind him. 

Turning around and spotted an angry blonde girl. He recognized her instantly. The leader of the Sailor Senshi, she meant to be originally his target until the foolish Miko took her spot, but no matter. The trap was already set the moment the ice needle pierce her heart. The more she feels, the more pain she suffers and the only way to escape the pain is to numb herself of all emotion. So far. She was doing a terrible job. Looking over at the unconscious girl. She seems to be suffering more faster then he expected. 

Watching the glittering show. He was shocked by how fast her attack was. By luck, the chain caught the monster wrist. Irritated. While still holding the unconscious Miko on his shoulder, he used his free hand, that was caught by the chain and grabs it. Tugging hard the Soldier of Love and Beauty’s chain. He plans to use his brute strength to swing her around like a rag doll. 

Venus grit her teeth as the enemy pulled at her chain. She tried to hold her ground as best she could, but the youma’s brute strength was too much. She stumbled forward once, twice, and then she was flying through the air. She crashed into one of the paper walls, tearing it as she passed through it and hit the hard wood flood beneath her.

She groaned, but shook her head, determined not to lose. She pushed herself back to her feet and charged forward just as the monster had started to go through its portal with Rei.

Minako peered into the glass case that held the various desserts and pastries. She was nearly drooling over how delicious everything looked. At Usagi’s mention of the cakes, she moved to stand next to her friend, resting her hands atop one of Usagi’s shoulders and leaning heavily against her as she looked to where Usagi was motioning.

“Oh my goodness, those are so cute!” The cakes were personal sized, but looked every bit as appetizing as a full cake. “Man, Usagi-chan, how are we gonna decide on what to get? There’s so much to choose from!”
