Harry scoffed, "It's not bravery- it was common sense. No one else was going to do what I did. I'm not a hero, I'm just the one stupid enough to let the wizarding world rely on me." The anger in his tone is like a flash- and as soon as it had appeared it disappeared, "Just... be yourself Neville. Trying to be someone else is just going to make you like Lockhart- remember him? You should be proud of who you are."

"Oh I'm the ideal, am I?" Harry sneered before turning his gaze away from his fellow Gryffindor. "Targeted by a psychopath. tortured at fourteen and fifteen? The entire world has thought I'm crazy or the heir of Slytherin..." he paused, his expression softening. "You don't want to be like me, Neville. No one should want to be me- be yourself."

"Neville..." Harry sighed, this brought back memories to their first year- when he'd tried to stop them from going after the stone. But Harry had known he had to stop voldemort, because he was the only one that would- he had been justified unlike Neville... right?

"I'm going to push Harry. You can't stop me from helping you." He had a determination in him that was like kindling to a fire. He turned his gaze to the green eyes with his blue. "You never thought I could help but now I can. I'm not just the spare."
