also I think there’s some parallels to the both of them, both being put on pedestals without really asking for people to do so (muu because of how she’s seen as so beautiful that people at school sucked up to her, es being given the position of warden without having asked for it)

also. i think es clings a lot to their title as warden initially because they don’t have anything beyond that 😭 their sense of identity is probably messed up due to having their memories wiped. they try to do what they’re supposed to (said that they aren’t upset about their memories being wiped because having memories could get in the way of their job?? in novelgram bonus content)
