This picture perfectly depicts all three of their personalities.
This is so trueđ¤Łđ¤Łđ¤Ł
tonight was the night. the palace was abuzz with the arrangements of preparing for the arrival of erins betrothed. it was another way to avoid war--as the king had always said, the more relationships that you had determined how powerful their family could be. this person wasn't as of the same royal status as they were, but they were apart of an affluent family from another kingdom. a *ahem* friend of another nations king. the deal had been quiet important enough to him. regardless of the matter, king regulus had made the arrangement when erin had been just a child. erin and his betrothed had never met before but that was of no importance to king regulus. honestly, it didn't even really matter to him what erin had felt about the whole thing. with the palace abuzz there had been so much to do, so many servants busying themselves with things to make sure things were perfect. it was even the same throughout town. the wedding wouldn't be until a months mores time but there were talks of huge events happening in between that time and now. there wasn't a single person who hadn't heard about the wedding. even individuals from other kingdoms were going to be in attendance later down the line. the royal family still had a few more hours until their mystery guest arrived in their carriage to start this new rollercoaster of a journey, and what a journey it will eventually be.
the crowned prince erin, a man that was tall in stature about 6'1 walked down the corridor with his advisor lucifer hot on his heels. the prince had deep greenish blue eyes and his face was unreadable most days. while tall in stature he wasn't exactly lanky, and had more of a built frame with broad shoulders. his hair was coal black and had been long enough that he had it tied behind it back--though it didn't go past his shoulders. on the other end of the spectrum, his advisor lucifer was differently towered over by the other man--definitely on the shorter side than most men. his demeanor perhaps made him seem taller most times except when he stood next to the crowned prince. lucifier was stern but wasn't much older than the prince it seemed like most advisors were normally. lucifer had grown beside erin the majority of his life and was meant to keep him on the right path on his journey of becoming king. lucifiers family had been servants to the royal family for years. his hair was black, and his eyes matched as well. he hadn't looked like he was straight out of a fairytale like the royal family had been, honestly he was just everything with ordinary at the top of the list.
"oh, good afternoon prince beau." lucifer greeted as both he and erin passed by the other in the corridor, immediately stopping. this had made erin halt in his step as well, but his face had still been unreadable. the man remained silent, but he did seem to bore a hole into the side of his brothers face. this wasn't an unusual sight for lucifier so it didn't bother him much. he bowed slightly in acknowledgement to the second prince. "how are you today? are you excited for the arrival of the prince's fiancee? we were about to go off into town to choose a present for them. is there something that you were thinking of to get for them as a gift? we can stop to pick an item along the way for you." lucifer piped, raising his head to look at the other in the eye. he spoke a bit quickly, hoping that the interaction with this prince wouldn't take too long. lucifer was one to always make sure that everything was done before the time after all.

âyouâre. not. helping.â he slapped raidenâs back, groaning at his friendâs annoyance attempt. âyou try handling this shit, and tell me you wouldnât be stressed as hell.â hajoon rolled his eyes, standing up and pushing the chair back. âambushed?â then again, hajoon kinda liked the idea of letting off some steam, fighting and de-stressing. âhave no clue but it⌠was a little fun. i feel like we havenât fought anyone in a while, besides that ambush. kinda took me back to the academy days.â he wrinkled his nose, heading out of the office with the assumption of raiden in tow. âdonât jinx us thoughâ the last thing i need is to report some secret ambush going on to kyumin and have him stressed out too. now that i think about it⌠you donât think thereâs some kind of bigger ambush being planned, do you? could be a coincidence that those assholes randomly attacked us but⌠it could also not be.â he paused. âyâknow, i wish i was part of that spy unit, for real. would love to do some investigating and shit. maybe i should tell melody and hara to check into it.â hajoon hummed, making it outside of the home. âdoing all this paperwork made me hungry. should we stop by leeâs house (chanwooâs familyâs restaurant)? or mgronaldâs k?â
âCalm down princess. Did Kyumin actually leave you in charge of anything seriousâŚ? đâ Based on how much Kyumin tended to baby Hajoon, Raiden had his doubts that Kyumin left him with anything to work on other than a coloring book. âAye, thatâs what Iâm talking âbout bro!â He grinned widely hearing Hajoon agree with him. Though another part of Raiden hoped they wouldnât get into too much trouble while Kyumin was away, since Kyumin would probably publicly execute him if he got his precious little âHajoonieâ hurt. âHonestly man, I wouldnât doubt it. It definitely seemed planned. Why would they attack us for no reason?â He rose the question. âYeah thatâd be pretty dope. Too bad Mister Kyumin-Jong-Un donât wanna let you do anything fun. đĽşâ Raiden pouted. He only half-heartedly nodded at Hajoonâs suggestion of Melody and Hara joining the spy unit; it still felt weird and unfortunate that they all were pretty much officially living in Kyuminâs world and had to accept it. âHmm, Iâd say Leeâs house but what if Chanwoo tries to make us work when weâre just stopping by to eatâŚ? Heâs SO annoying bruh. I wouldnât put it past him. đŤâÂ
âiâm sorry to interrupt the little playdate that you two are having but i have to interject for just one thing,â bb clicked her teeth, walking into the room with her arms folded over each other. âi think i just need to remind you for a moment that while you might be the face of the gold district for now that doesnât meant that you can just deploy spies on a foolâs errand.â bb gum stated, glaring at the two of them. âtheyâre up to more important things and their time shouldnât be spent dilly dallying on what either one of you want them to do. now if youâll excuse me,â bb huffed, flipping her hair and walking out of the room as soon as she left it.Â
@fallinflowerrâ @aquamarine-rabbitâ
âasta you know what i was thinking?â the younger of the two scratched her head. â i was thinking that maybe itâs time that i move out, you know? become a bit more independent. itâs amazing to have you a roommate and all but i canât think of a time that iâve actually lived alone yet. iâm the dean of the academy for peteâs sake. itâs prime time that i start acting like a proper adult who buys their own groceries, and cleans up after their own messes.âÂ
@fallinflowerrâ
âwhat? but i so loved bragging to people that the dean of the academy is my roommate.â asta teased, leaning against the counter of their apartment. â a proper adult! ah, they grow up so fast. well, if thatâs what you really want, then thatâs fine. youâre always welcome to come back whenever you want, bora. you will be missed.â he grinned, crossing his arms. âdo you want for me to help you pack your things into the new place, when you get it? iâm sure kyumin or hajoon can find one for you asap, now that i think about it. why donât you speak to hajoon since kyuminâs out of town? alsoâ do i get an open invitation to visit whenever i want?â
âas if thatâs anything to brag about! do you even know who you are in this society?â bora retorted, looking at the man like he was a bit insane. âyouâre like part of some eli--ah what are you all even called again? whatever. i wish i had your social status, maybe then i wouldnât have as many children coming up to me as they do.â the woman rolled her eyes, folding her arms over the other. âhonestly, i feel like you only say things like that because you know it riles me up a bit.â she huffed, though she really wasnât that annoyed at the other. âhuh?â if anything she was confused, she wasnât expecting him to so easily let her leave without even much of a fight. wasnât this the person who asked her to live with him in the first place. âdonât tell me that you wanted to kick me out for a long time now and me offering is the easier way for me to go?âÂ
âmy adorable mae, here comes the choo choo train~.â zelo sung as he brought the chopsticks to maeâs mouth, âsay aahh <3.â he hummed, smiling at the woman in adoration. âthe food here is actually really good, iâm kinda glad that we burned down the building and got new owners to move in here. the best part is that the guardians get to eat free!âÂ
@fallinflowerrâ
â iâm glad too. especially about the free part.â she snickered, opening her mouth as soon as he went to feed her. the food really did taste good and the best part? their guardian perks. oh, how she loved being one of the guardians. âwe should make it our mission for us to visit all of the new restaurants and try their food. like a true food connoisseur. fast food places included.â she added, happily munching on the piece zelo gave her. â oh waitâ i forgot, you donât like fast food stuff, right? you like healthy stuff. hmmmâŚâ she poked her chin in thought. âthen⌠we could go to each restaurant and try their best carrot dish? is that better?â
âhow are you so cheap when you have so much money?â zelo snorted to himself, before getting a mouthful of food for himself. in all honesty though, this really had been the life. he had to remember to thank kyumin for all of this to be suddenly thrust upon him--and at random too...zelo didnât think about it too much when he looked at the otherâs smiling face. âitâs not that i donât like it, i just have a different diet than most of you guys.â his ears drooped a bit, âi like things that are unhealthy, but i stay within a vegetarian diet. i could get really sick if i donât.â at the carrot place mention the man rolled his eyes. âanyway, i canât eat chocolate or drink soda. anything with way too much sugar. i guess iâm a little upset that i donât really eat meats though, that sushi place that recently opened up is kinda cool. iâm going to ask them if they have any vegetarian options or something. in the red district you couldnât really afford to eat, could you?â he didnât mean to be insensitive but zelo was just a bit ignorant to life in the red district and the way he had learned it, they were just poor people just taking up space.Â
aquamarine-rabbitâ:
ââŚâ Raiden sighed in slight annoyance, but nodded in agreement. âItâs âaight. Yeah, it is âa lotâ⌠But I donât think this is âtoo soonâ. It feels like itâs been forever since we last talked⌠To me, at least.â He answered. He gave Bora a look of disapproval at her proposition, shaking his head defiantly. âThatâs a tad bit dramatic if yaâ ask me, Bora⌠Weâre not really in two âdifferentâ walks of life. Both of us are just another two people living in Kyuminâs âworldâ. Anything weâre doing is according to what he wanted us to do.â He said earnestly; even with Bora being the dean of the Gold District academy - it wasnât like she earned it. It was only because Kyumin bestowed that role onto her. The same could be said for what the rest of their friends and associates were doing in this new land. Truthfully, even with the newfound peace, Raiden sort of hated this new life they were all living - it felt like there was nothing to strive towards, no sense of progressionâŚÂ âCâmon, letâs be real. Weâre basically just pieces of a larger puzzle.â He suddenly shook his head again, not wanting to get further sidetracked. âA-Anyway, my answer is no to your suggestion. Do you actually wanna have a conversationâŚ? I just⌠I donât wanna lose this opportunity. Just please give me the time of dayâŚâ
âhey!â bora couldnât help but to punch raiden in the arm, which must have hurt quite a bit since she hadnât even attempted to hold back (as well as her new, but now old, super-strength boost in exchange for her pink hair). did he really have to say that stuff about her not earning her position? she hadnât thought about it at all like that until raiden had mentioned it and now it was making her a bit furious. and that stuff about her being dramatic! bora noda was many things but she wasnât dramatic. she definitely preferred being called boring over that. the woman had forgotten her nerves in her slight bout of anger, eyebrows furrowing together. âand what puzzle do you think that kyumin is creating raiden?â ugh, she hated how right the male sounded. that was something else that was annoying her. how could raiden have really been the person to out think her? âiâll give you the time of the day if you apologize for all that stuff you just said.âÂ
aquamarine-rabbitâ:
âI-I honestly donât remember if I told youâŚâ Dante replied, suddenly feeling awkward about his admission. ââŚâ The quiet male didnât answer, remaining silent as he listened to the rabbit-man continue. He was surprised at Zelo giving a well-meaning perspective, but Dante himself didnât want to delve deeper on all his fucked up personal issues⌠Discussing feelings of abandonment and childhood trauma with Zelo would be far beyond his comfort levelâŚÂ âErr⌠I appreciate your sentimentâŚâ He nodded, clearing his throat. There were a lot of things he wished he could say to his parents if he ever encountered their spirits, particularly his mother. ââŚBut perhaps fate is doing me a service by not making me run into them.â He spoke the remainder of his vaguely-put thoughts aloud. âSo anyway⌠In other newsâŚâ He murmured, making the hint to Zelo that he would prefer changing the subject.
@lawlipopsâ
âyou donât sound like you appreciate it very much.â zelo pouted, perhaps he could take it as a victory that the other man was seemingly less annoyed than he was before. well, that perhaps was very quickly turning into a definitely and the bunny was suddenly a lot happier than he was before. âif the boss opens up the black district to the public, maybe then you could meet my mother. my whole entire family even! i know that you hate talking and all, but theyâre fun so you might really enjoy it. we can invite the rest of the gang to come along with us. mutants are probably really rare to you red and blue districters right?â the rabbit man asked with a slight tilt of his head curiously.Â

âiâm refusing to admit that this resturant might have the best food in the gold distrct.â yeosun huffed, taking another bite of the food regardless. it tasted so good on her tongue. food here in the gold district was amazing. with a mix of blue and red district cuisineâ ugh, the taste was immaculate. it was even better that people with powers related to food were actually excited to use their powers in said restaurants. the woman was proud that she had been apart of backing this all financially. not only was it making her richer since her company was the sole source of clothing provided in the gold district (the apartment complex that she owned was makinga. pretty penny as well); but eveything had seemed to be going well so far. she wondered how kyumin was fairing in the black district. hopefully everything wouldnât end with his aspirations growing too large. âand you know that deaf waiter of yours is actually really cute. you didnât tell me that you had a twin brother.â yeosun did a tiny wave at yuno from across the room, to which the man about faced and went on to doing something else.Â
@fallinflowerrâ
âwhy? you can say it. actually, iâd prefer it if you did say it! i take pride in our placeâs chef.â chanwoo grinned, leaning on his elbow as he watched her eat. his ego had only been fueled by her commentsâ he had absolutely loved compliments about his familyâs restaurant. it had given him so much pride and joy. âhuh? donât tell me youâre going to crush on my brother now.â he scrunched his nose up jokingly, turning to send a little wave to yuno from his spot. âthe topic is kinda hard to bring up, honestly. iâve been trying to tell people one on one, so i apologize for the lateness. everything is just⌠brand new, right now if that makes sense. also, things are uh, a little awkward with yuno and our parents.â heâs taken notice of yunoâs lack of interactions with his parents and figured the man was still hurt with them. he had understood, of course. but he had wished that one day yuno would forgive them so they could do family activities together eventually. âi just wish there was someway to bring them all together. i think yunoâs still hurt by how our parents went about it, giving him up when he was young. i understand, of course but i really want yuno to experience good memories from now on, being with us.â chanwoo shyly looked down onto the table. âiâm stuck on what to do though. i feel like the middle-man here. maybe⌠i can try to plan a family activity with all of us together but do you think thatâs too much? ah, i donât want to make yuno uncomfortable eitherâŚâÂ
âi think i might keep it my little secret for now. if i donât then iâm pretty sure your restaurant would be overloaded with people and iâd have to wait months, years even just to get in here. nope, no way, no sir. thereâs absolutely no way that iâm going to miss out on your amazing restaurantââ-â yeosun held her nose up in the air, sounding a bit annoyed by her own imagination. the thought of yeosun cha having to wait for a reservation. that was absolutely unheard of to her. hmph!Â
at the mention of chanwooâs cute brother her head snapped back to look at him. âcrush on your brother? hmph! as if!â she denied. though he was really cute, yeosun absolutely refused to ever develop a crush on the man. if she did that surely meant that he was bad news. she liked nothing but bad boy/girl types. cruelty made her heart flutter and she wasnât exactly sure that was too entirely healthy. âi mean, isnât it going well so far? it seems like it has been to me at least. why push him as if they arenât all adults? chanwoo maybe you should do a little something called âworrying about yourself.ââ yeosun hummed, crossing one leg over the other and flattening out her skirt. âdonât you have more important things to worry about like i donât know sayââ-actually going out to have fun? or actually how about your friend that you actually want to date, that like eccentric one that you think is cute? i forgot what his name is, maybe you should go out and look for him so you could stop being so fixated on your brother and parents problems.âÂ
lawlipopsâ:
âi was being sarcastic, or at least you know trying to be. iâm not that great at beingâŚah, never mind.â she muttered, rubbing the back of her neck awkwardly. âeveryone knows who you are. well, not who you are but they know of you. youâre apart of hajoonâs brigade right?â everyone in the gold district had known about hajoon being the current leader of the gold district after all. everyone kind of knew everything about everything around here honestly.Â
âb-busy?â well she wasnât at all but perhaps she should have pretended to be. bora was trying her best to pretend that she wasnât in the same boat as the other man but she was oh so nervous. all the woman could do is nod her head at her ex boyfriendâs suggestion.Â
âOh! âS all good. Yâknow shit like that be goinâ over my head sometimes, haâŚâ Raiden awkwardly chuckled in return, unintentionally mimicking Boraâs same motion. âUh huh.â Truthfully, a part of Raiden had wanted to just cut through the pleasantries and discuss where they had last left off since it was such a massive elephant in the room⌠But he also felt a bit relieved that Bora seemed willing to catch up instead of expressing contempt as he initially expected at the prospect of bumping into her again. âCool.â He gave her a slight smile, gesturing her to follow him as they made their way to the closest bench. He shot her an âafter youâ gesture to sit down first before sitting down himself. âSo⌠Like I said, howâve you been? Iâve heard little things here nâ there âbout whatchu been up to but Iâd rather get an update directly from you, yâknow? Iâve missed youâŚâ
bora sat alongside raiden on the bench feeling everything but confident. she ddnât really know how she wanted the overall result of their conversation to go. asta had told her to forget all about him but part of her just wanted to be able to forgive raiden for the things that he had done when he thought that she had passed on. perhaps this was something that any other normal person would have done. but to bora rationally she figured she hadnât been gone that long for the man to just suddenly up and go sleep with someone else. but then again, they were barely dating when the two of them had split up anyway. ugh, but they were--- but then again they werenât. the womanâs brain was going through an overload as it went back and forth with itself over some fight that raiden had been completely unaware of.Â
âhuh?â she snapped out of it after she realized the man had finished talking. bora slapped her face lightly before shaking her head. âiâm sorry, i promise that i actually am trying to listen. i meanââ not trying, but i mean i actually am listening. iâm sorry this is just a lot right now. donât you feel like this is like a lot? maybe weâre having this conversation a bit too prematurely?â bora pinched the bridge of her nose, shutting her eyes tightly. ugh, how much was she screwing this up right now. âmaybe we should just pretend that we never ran into each other know? look how long t took for us to actually run into each other. weâre both in two completely walks of life now anyway.âÂ
asta and lala forced yuno right back into the gold district before the red district was completely annihilated. the only real thing that he could say was his before all these weird changes started happening a year ago. yuno wondered if his life would have just continued down the normal path of a red districter if nothing had happened at all in blue districtâ what it would be like if it wasnât completely and utterly annihilated. would another district fall next?Â
with time it was decided that yuno would live with chanwoo in the home above the family restaurant. with time, yuno moved from a hate to his parents to a dislike. he barely spoke to them, just gave them slight acknowledgements here and there but that had been it for now. in the month that he had lived here, chanwooâs sign language had gotten a lot better. it still wasnât perfect but he could communicate a bit more fluently. to ease his brother into it he would try speaking to match what he was signing all the time. yuno was probably hard to understand but chanwoo seemed to appreciate it enough. for his parents though he would remain entirely mute. they didnât deserve to hear his voice at all. they had gotten him to work as a server at the restaurant though, at least that had been a start.Â
âchanwoo i really like this sweet, whatâs this one called?â yuno signed before taking another bite of the pastry. he wasnât really able to afford the luxury as much before. vanilla cake, vanilla ice cream and chocolate chip cookies had been the three sweets that he had sampled before in his life. with his family having a love for baking, he was experiencing all kinds of new things. âdo you want to share? i feel like iâm eating too much. i donât want you to think iâm greedy.â yunoâs face flushed a bit pink, eyes darting off to a different direction so he wouldnât have to meet eyes with his twin.Â
@fallinflowerrâ
â that would be a fruit tart! my favorite are the strawberry ones. â chanwoo moved the plate, which had a variety of fruit tarts; blueberry, strawberry, kiwi, over towards yuno. this had been his new favorite activity, watching his brother happily try new foods. he had never been so intrigued before, eagerly awaiting for yunoâs next âreviewâ of the pastry. â and this is an apple turnover. do you like apples? â he asked, moving this dish closer to yuno for him to see. chanwoo was pretty full from his last meal but he didnât know if declining the offer would make the other feel uncomfortable. chanwoo smiled and took one of the apple turnovers into his small plate. âi will only have one! also, i donât think youâre greedy! i like making you try new foods. youâre good.â he attempted to sign, grinning. âwhat is your favorite dessert? maybe i can learn it and bake it myself so next time you can give me a full-review of it.â
âiâm pretty okay with apples.â yuno signed, blinking up at his brother and then looking back down at his dish. heâd never imagined a day when heâd have so much food in front of him like this. especially food that was being made especially for him. he still didnât meet chanwooâs eyes as the other shuffled food dishes before him, just pouted. âyou know that you donât have to do all of this for me right? itâs enough that youâre giving me a place to stay. itâs enough that youâre actually being nice to me.â the deaf male rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly, looking up to chanwoo to see f the male had called him for anything. he thought itâd be rude to not at least be paying attention to the other male after everything that he had done for him. âfavorite desert? i donât really have one... you said strawberry stuff is your favorite right? what exactly is your favorite dessert?âÂ
