Laughingbells

The 'Carter at home' segments of the episode were filmed in a private residence on the outskirts of Vancouver and contained lots of personal items specifically imported by Amanda Tapping from her own home. "This house was lovely and very Sam, but I wanted to add some really personal touches. The photos you see are my own. There's one of my twin and me as babies, and some of my relatives including my grandfather. I've been given some lovely gifts by fans of the show over the years and wanted to show some of them, too. So the quilts you see thrown over the chairs and the candles dotted around have been brought from home and are my way of thanking the fans for being so gracious. It's not much, just a gesture. Just my small way of showing my appreciation for all they've so freely given me."
