languages and chill

I work in a two star hotel. My colleague, who speaks 5 languages, told me about a situation when he was once checking in guests - a young couple of Russians (as it turned out later, from the rich part of Moscow). The girl started speaking to him in English so he kept up the conversation in English. Suddenly the boy turned to the girl and said in Russian that he hopes their room won’t smell like urine and emesis. My colleague just smiled at him and replied in Russian that it surely won’t be that way as our rooms are cleaned everyday. The boy got so embarassed he almost burned alive.  The moral of the story is never be rude in foreign languages.

I know thinking that “there’s nothing good waiting for me in life” at the age of 22 is wrong but I just can’t stop????????/
