I think It would be the subitliest thing everr, in the finale when they are showing pictures of what the ex competitos are doing, they will show a picture of them sitting on a tree together
It's always interesting to me how fandoms in general tend to take a character completely at their word even though their behavior speaks to something totally different.
Firey & Pencil are the biggest victims of this that I've seen but everybody is to some extent haha
Pencil yelling "ew boys" is used countless times to justify her hating men exclusively & only wanting to be with Freesmart, when almost immediately afterward she took the opportunity to ditch Match (let's think about why!) and hang out with Bracelety and David, who is a male character. It isnt about boys specifically, it is (as Leafy pointed out immediately in the exit) about Pencil wanting to exclude others at any excuse. Which is just a reactive behavior that is intended subconsciously to allow Pencil to maintain a sense of control over her surroundings while she's in an extremely stressful and legitimately traumatizing place. I am not CERTAIN (this is speculation) but i believe she distances herself from Match because it makes her feel uncomfortable to get that instant obedience from someone she wants to respect as her equal rather than someone like Ruby or Book, who she of course expects (and demands!) that sort of behavior from. Match is "too needy" for Pencil because that's her best friend and co-leader, not her subordinate. They're on the same place in the freesmart food chain in Pencil's eyes, but Match can't stop from fawning in desperation because she feels Pencil is growing in discomfort with her and cannot understand why & doesnt have the maturity to call it out and communicate with Pencil openly.
This allllll leads back to Pencil grasping for the same exact comfortable dynamic as in bfdi and bfdia, shoving away & rejecting anything that reflects poorly on her (punishing Book in tpot, distancing from Match). She struggles to fall into a dynamic with Golf Ball & Donut because she cannot trust that they "even like her". Because to Pencil, being "liked" is the same as being obeyed. Her conflict is almost the exact same between herself and GB and herself & Donut, because she doesnt actually hate men, she just hates anyone who challenges the status quo she is desperate to get back. It's why she works quite well with Fries and Coiny in BFDIA and is actually more willing to ditch freesmart & keep teaming with them than Coiny is to ditch Pin ! Which is INSANE & feels totally out of character for her... if you take her ew boys line as just gospel without thinking about it. But Pencil in BFDIA is happy and content and not traumatized. Of course she's fine with exploring more dynamics & being challenged. She isnt in fight or flight mode & constantly in a state of being triggered by her abuser (Four.) running around dude 😭
I think I can finally verbalize why I came around to really liking BFB 22.
in this 'essay', i will attempt to consider more objectively than I have in the past the way Leafy & Firey finally connected again after so many years of disconnection. Consider this interpretation/reading my 'defense' of the scene (especially to Leafy fans who find it irritating because I was in the same camp for a while. you know who you are y'all, i love you.) i apologize in advance... this is a long one.
Leading up to the scene, let's quickly go over the two major players -
Firey , who is choosing to turn away from any and all negative feelings, ignoring them to protect himself emotionally, and as a result, acting in a way that actively blocks resolution from being found because he doesn't want to risk letting the 'source' of the problem approach him at all. I'd type out a bunch of this but another great user beat me to the punch and wrote a very solid Firey analysis that goes in depth into his habit of repression and avoidance. I would go a step further and say this is probably his major character trait... often while character writing, you should usually have a primary fear tied to a primary desire that you keep in mind when writing literally any character interaction or moment. Firey's is a fear of conflict -> desire to be admired. It's a little more subtle than Leafy's, but it does drive his positive interactions AND his negative ones. my semi-educated opinion is that good character writing is not when a character has a LIKABLE trait, but rather that a character's trait is both internally consistent and well-explored. Firey's is. His dislike of conflict both assists him in maintaining generally positive public opinions and causes him to shut down when he's faced with bad feelings.
(*I'll toss out there right now, i personally don't buy the fanon argument I've seen around that Leafy is an abuser and Firey has every right to distance from her, for the simple reason that their disconnection hurts him as much as it hurts her and he is portrayed to be doing wrong, however sympathetically, by shutting her out completely. also, this is a positive thing and not a complaint on my part by any means. Characters having moral failings and making mistakes is good for story and makes them feel more real. they also arent abusers for screwing up, i don't think either of their mistakes can possibly be counted as abusive.)
The other character we're dealing with is Leafy. Leafy's obsession with niceness - both the bolstering of her own and judging that of others' - creates interpersonal issues for her. it is not portrayed as a necessarily positive trait, but morally neutral and can cause harm or help depending on the situation. On one hand, she loves giving gifts, and she gets far and away the most votes to win by her peers in bfdi 25. however,
Her sensitivity in this regard makes it hard for her to listen to others when they have completely fair criticisms.
Leafy, having been rejected time and time again and not understanding why- in fact, having approached Firey multiple times in order to solve whatever the issue was (based on totally fair conclusions based on his own words! He didn't recognize her and called her stranger, so she found a yellow tomato. She approaches him after rejoining the game in bfb presplit assuming they're friends and is given the cold shoulder. Hell, she tries to be friends with OTHERS and Firey actively sabotages that as well in because of his own resentment towards her [ep 15]!) has essentially given up trying to connect with Firey in post-split BFB. She even has a panic attack (or something close to it) when she's forced to approach this person she cares about so much who she has gotten zero communication or closure from.
(Notice in this scene, even though Firey criticizes Leafy for not "real fighting" with him, completely fails to initiate a fight that he would easily win due to being made out of fire and being capable of burning through her in an instant. He's fine throwing shade and being sarcastic, but it doesn't even seem to occur to Firey to hurt Leafy on purpose. Anyway.)
Finally, we're at the actual scene I want to discuss. Sorry and thank you for bearing with me! Firey is being dodgy about his true motivations and accidentally lets slip a line about Leafy stealing Dream Island.
The split second Leafy gets a HINT of an actual answer as Firey slips up on the stand, she demands to talk to him one-on-one so she can get an actual explanation for the CURRENT matters at hand (he lied on the stand during this Current Challenge and she doesn't know why.) Firey tries to get out of this, not wanting to have to deal with the problem and preferring to continue being sarcastic towards Leafy and passive-aggressively hinting at it instead lololol
She gets him alone anyway. Then, when he is completely non-receptive to her pushing and pointed leading questions, grunting and basically continuing to ignore her -
- Leafy stops, visibly considers the situation, and changes her tone and manner of questioning completely. Now genuinely seeking to understand him, rather than using the time alone with him to be openly frustrated at him. She puts her own emotions, her own anger and confusion on the shelf and tries to understand him instead.
She begins questioning WHY in a non-judgmental way - which allows Firey to finally, finally open up about his resentment. And he INSTANTLY does! How many years has he been waiting to feel like his own frustration will be listened to and acknowledged by her? It says so much that as SOON as Leafy uses a slightly soft tone to try to understand him (as opposed to her either pretending everything is fine and acting cheerfully, or being angry and defensive), Firey folds immediately and expresses himself. How ironic that the person he trusts the most is the person who is the cause of all this hurt.
Worth noting: The only other times he has openly complained about Dream Island's theft with Leafy around, he has carefully phrased it in a way that is not related to himself - rather, casting shame onto Leafy as a person. He is still protecting himself from being hurt when he demands to know how Leafy can possibly have friends after her actions. That's not being vulnerable, it's using someone's past actions as a weapon against them.
Firey hasn't been able to bring himself to say anything to her specifically about how hurt he's been. Which is a very common thing when you're going through dramatic events in real time - sometimes your own anger is delayed, and I think that's the case for Firey on the hang glider. He did mean what he said about wanting to be close to her regardless of her mistakes - but, well, I'll be back to this in a moment.
Leafy has been in the dark this whole time, unable to understand the problem. To her, the Dream Island situation was ALWAYS about her being loved and preferred over the prize. She never cared much about Dream Island itself - constantly giving away her victories, letting others win over herself - her identity as a "nice person" mattered far more to her than victory. The reveal in BFDIA 21, that throughout Leafy's exile in Yoyleland she could have gone to Dream Island to stay by herself all along and chose not to, retroactively speaks volumes about Leafy's motivations. She doesn't want Dream Island at all, she wants friendship, and the hollowness of her 'victory' after purchasing it, sitting all alone, is when I think that truly set in for her. Her actions did not line up with her true desires, and that's why she goes so hard on the friendship stuff later. It's why she never seems that bothered about eliminations (and why Firey isn't bothered about his later on as well.) Feeling abandoned and slighted is the WORST thing to Leafy. That's why she stole dream island in the first place - not because she cared about the prize, because she was deeply offended and hurt at being the only one excluded. She felt entitled to being in there with everyone else, because she felt like she was the nicest.
As soon as Firey raises his voice, she defends herself for a second before he begins speaking again about his OWN perspective on the issue, at which point she instantly goes quiet and lets him speak.
All things considered, Firey already barely knows how to maintain a close friendship at all. Leafy is his first true, close friend, which is why he's so confused and angry that she went behind his back during their fight instead of waiting it out or even giving it a second thought. This is why the theft of Dream Island hurt him so badly.
It's why neither of them have any practice giving others grace to make mistakes. In the finale of BFDI, Firey truly wants to maintain his friendship with Leafy - his first instinct is to rescue her and reassure her that he was tired of the conflict and wanted everyone to be friends again. But he wasn't prepared for how sore he would feel in the following time, when Dream Island still wasn't his and Leafy was gone, too. His anger, without having any outlet and without having any other friends to talk about it with, festered and intensified over the years. Firey tried to replace the hole in his heart with other friends and competing again, assuming that another prize would make him feel better. Firey doesn't even consider how ignoring Leafy might make her feel, because he's too busy feeling hurt. When you're tired of conflict, you have to decide to either face it head-on and deal with it, or try to detach from it. Firey lets go. To FIREY, conflict is a sign that the friendship isn't legitimate.
so yeah, when things became difficult, he did let her go - at least, that's how LEAFY has been seeing it this entire time. IF Firey truly cared about her, he would be above that. (Not least because he said so on the hang glider.)
But to FIREY, his actions weren't because he didn't care about Leafy - rather I think it's pretty obvious that it's because he cared about her too much to bear it. He didn't have practice giving other people space to make mistakes (see also: slap fights with coiny all through s1), he had reason to believe that Leafy wouldn't have any patience for HIS mistakes (what with her not giving him even ten seconds of a fight before immediately stealing something incredibly valuable to him!!) and he didn't get an apology from her. He was protecting his own heart by staying angry at her, to keep her at arm's length. Ironically. To Firey, Leafy is someone who is reckless with her own mistakes, doesn't apologize, and holds others' mistakes against them to an intense degree. He wouldn't feel safe being close to her no matter how much he really does want to be. He would never feel like she cared about him as much as he cared about her.
Firey feels things intensely, but he is not good at understanding others, and Leafy is very hot-and-cold. with this in mind, I think Firey's avoidance is much more understandable. Leafy never approached Firey with an apology off the bat, she had no shame (which, again, she believed she had no reason to, considering his past words). But you can't rationalize away hurt, and again, all of Firey's observations pointed to Leafy being unapologetic and not caring about him as much as he felt he cared about her.
Once this actually sinks in for Leafy - the true extent of the hurt she put onto Firey's shoulders - she doesn't even hesitate to apologize and offer to save him from the situation he's in. She's giving him advice as someone else who has stolen things - she apologizes for "how things went down between them." She doesn't ask for anything from him whatsoever. All she needed was that explanation to be the final piece in the puzzle - because "no one likes you" was never a real reason, just as Leafy could instantly tell back in presplit it was total BS... it was just an excuse to protect Firey's heart. It was an easy explanation to give to someone who he didn't feel safe being vulnerable towards.
& I know it's irritating to a lot of Leafy fans (myself included) that Leafy chose to take the fall for Firey after his display of "I deserve something"... but to Leafy, this is her proving to him through her actions that the prize matters less to her than Firey, which was the true heart of the issue all along. She's proving to him that he doesn't need to hide from her, because she will prioritize his happiness over her own when the chips are down, because she DOES care about him - despite the fact that she was incredibly angry at him. Because friendship is not a perfect relationship where no one does anything wrong, it makes you better by demanding more of you than you are used to giving sometimes and - if you let it - shaping you into a better version of yourself. Forgiveness allows you to heal, not to allow the past to continue to make you suffer. Leafy is breaking the cycle of self-victimization and giving far, far more than she is expecting to get back.
Her phrasing here also makes me believe she IS under the impression that the friendship is over, and she's just happy to make amends. This is FAR cry from how Leafy usually acts when it comes to friendship... She tends to see friends as almost things to be collected as a reward for good deeds. She needs constant affirmation towards the legitimacy of her friendships and panics when she doesn't get it, often demonizing the other party and claiming they're mean as a defense mechanism. This is something Leafy struggles with - friendship being a symptom of her goodness, which she constantly needs to earn. But with this line, there is no hinting at a future. There is finality to this.
which is then followed by Firey saying this, lol
Firey has no more animosity towards Leafy (it was never really about Dream Island anyway). He has faced his fear of conflict and dealt with it head-on, communicating his anger, and was met with a complete, no holds barred apology, affirmation that the other party cared about him, and protection from the fallout of his most recent mistake - one he made blinded by frustration, entitlement, and anger. again. sound familiar
AGAIN. this was Leafy's opportunity to force Firey to experience what she did throughout the entire show post bfdi 25. Firey says it himself - everyone's going to be angry at him, and they would have been. Donut's diary was played up at the beginning of the episode to be of so much weight, Firey's theft of it might just have been comparable of a crime to stealing Dream Island. And Leafy held all of the cards. but she chose to take the fall instead, because she recognized that Firey's anger at her was legitimate, and she needed to put her money where her mouth was. a lot of Leafy's kind and selfless acts are hollow and performative. this one was not.
the running theme of bfdi seems to be "the real dream island was the friends we made along the way" (most blatantly portrayed at the end of TPOT 19, with Pencil's offering away the prize of the season in order to get another shot at her friendships). Firey and Leafy and Dreamier Island are such an amazing example of this, what brings you true fulfillment is the connections you make in your life.
I really, really love Leafy and Firey as individual characters and as a duo, I feel they really complete one another's arcs and have such a beautiful balance now of meeting one another where they're at. I've already done an analysis on Leafy's side as far as their subsequent fight, but I want to add I love how Firey reacted to realizing he hurt Leafy as well there... instantly making a parallel sacrifice to BFB22, throwing the competition on purpose in order to prove to Leafy he cared more about their friendship than about his prize. I don't think they are nearly as imbalanced a duo as I believed when I first watched the show hahaha, and I don't agree with even some of my own old heated analysis on them as recently as august aghhh. . . I'm sorry Firey i was realllly in my feels about bfdia21 at the time please understand!!!
thanks for reading this! I apologize, I know it's super long, but I hope it made some kind of sense. lots of love to all!! and as always, if I have made any mistakes or misreads, please feel free to correct me or elaborate on my points. Have an amazing day!!

Ok i promise this is my last POST talking about this episode and them specificaly
But i think that this is more of a request than a discourse because i've seen some edits and they are amazingly beautfull! but, some musics are being repeated a Lot so, If there is someone out there that wants to Edit fireafy, and is out of ideias, i have one...
For her, from the musical the great gastby
It makes the most absolute sense! Principaly the resprise, at the very ending, you see...

Daisy
[George]
Forgive me, for being his hands
Do i have to say anything? Book is walking towards Leafy to kill her, while Firey is in his fight with Needle, obviously desperate
Book is close to doing It, but she's not apologising for It, she'll lie to everyone to save her. But he doesn't know It.
Another thing i was thinking about is How much these two tried their best to replace one another and failed
Firey tried to replace Leafy with Gelatin, he tried to have the same bond he had with her, but as much as gelatin is a good friend, he is not her. He'll never be like her.
Leafy tried to find someone as miserable as she and fails, even book is not like her, she tried to have those umbreakeble bonds with the others but they're not the same as the one she had with him. She'll never find someone as similar as her
And then the finale proves they are very similar, that they are now at the same place, two Island stealers equally hated by everyone, the sin they've made existing because of the other
But of course, Leafy got the death penalty and Firey pure isolation, one is clearly more hated than the other.
But still, they are as similar as they can be now, even though they would never admit It.
She knows, she knows he will do Anything to have her in his life and she knows it.
After the bfdia 25 that is clear as water

I might, Just might tend to love charathers whoose kindness is it's main core
What defines this person os How much she gives and How much she cares, so much that sometimes it can be a flawn, the main thing that people Will use to nock then down
And i couldn't help but find that patern in my likings, Leafy, cinderela and Hadassah and so many others
The only string connecting them is How much they give, and for that, they never receive enough
Ok so i draw, and this is death pact, as you can clearly see.
I made them to be like a christian band
Like an AU
And here we have respectively:
Bottle, who in my head sometimes plays guitar and is one of the main vocalists
Lightning (who's lying on the floor) is the guitarist and singer too
Black Hole (who's standing right in the center) plays drums, why not?
Fanny (who looks angry) is also a main vocalist
Pin (next to Fanny) plays bass
And Tree plays keyboard
The logo looks stupid, but Just imagine they are a bunch of teenegers playing on lighting's father garage and Tree decides they needed a logo and a very cool name.
They decided to pick the name of death pact bc it sounded cool and bottle Said she would do their logo. They took a picture and printed It and bottle made the logo on there, for them It was the coolest thing bc they are dumb and adorable Little teens with good talent
Fanny thinks It looks stupid but accepts It anyway.

I really love bfdia because nothing justifies me wasting my time making the following comparison: Taylor Swift's "Mirrorball" and the characters Pencil, Book, Pin, Needle, and Leafy, (this song was made for them) and I'm going to show you paragraph by paragraph of the song and why each verse relates to these girls!
Mirroball
want you to know
I'm a mirrorball
I'll show you every version of yourself tonight
I'll get you out on the floor
Shimmering beautiful
And when I break it's in a million pieces
Hush
When no one is around, my dear
You'll find me on my tallest tiptoes
Spinning in my highest heels, love
Shining just for you
This is sooo Pencil, like, she IS the type of charather that hates to be alone, but she would never say that, with freesmart, or the exitors, (or any OTHER group) she's a Fun leader, someone who got everything under Control, the "mature" one, the star in the middle, the one that gets more attention even if It is a bad form of It, but now she is alone in tpot, and she is shattered, she needs and craves for help but refuses to say It, she refuses to Tell the others she had wronged them, she is afraid of taking responsibility for what she had done wrong, but most of all she is afraid of actually looking at herself, she is afraid of the darkness that is inside of her
She "shines" to the others, but shatterers when she's alone
Hush
I know they said the end is near
The end of freesmart, get It? But there is someone Else who i want to dedicate this verse too...
Needle! bcs bfdia is ending, i imagine that she is very anxious about it
But I'm still on my tallest tiptoes
Spinning in my highest heels, love
Shining just for you
I want you to know
I'm a mirrorball
I can change everything about me to fit in
still on Needle! I think this one can be hers and also Pins, but ill get to her later...
Needle, she always wanted to belong to a group, or at least had no choice but to be in one.
in BFDIA she is in a interesting Arc, like the others she wants to Win, but unlike TB and Book who wants to do It for someone else or a group, she wants to do It for herself. And thats a very interesting turn for her charather, given the fact that she has a trace of being Very loyal to her friends and constantly does her best so her team could win, but a great part of why she sacrifices so much is that she wants to belong, to feel included.
Well, she is not playing solely for that purpose anymore, i believe that her conversation with pencil setled It down for her, paraphasing It "you dont need to do all alone, the groups are a way so we can make real connections" ( and It proves to me that pencil is not mean Just have a hard time showing her emotions to ppl that she cares abt)
A better way to conclude this thinking of Pencil for Needle, could be "you dont need to be in a group to have friends, or to continiously make sacrifices to show them that you care" but that IS smth both needs to learm
I can change everything about me to fit in
You are not like the regulars
The masquerade revelers
Drunk as they watch my shattered edges glisten
Hush
When no one is around, my dear
You'll find me on my tallest tiptoes
Spinning in my highest heels, love
Shining just for you.
PIN, and i had to divide bcs... That's How my mind Works
In BFDI she's bossy, have Little to no patience at all, is hot headed, and literaly have no one who she would call them friends, she is alone most of the time
In BFDIA she makes the friendship that changes her, she actually got to meet coiny better, and make a real connections with him, for her, he is not like the others, he's different, mostly because he actually cares about her, and have a Lot of simililaties with her personally, they have so much in common, he Iis not like the others, who exclude her, calls her by names and direspects her when she calls for their attention
I can change everything about me to fit in
This frase is out of order because that is PIN in TPOT, she Just so different from who she was before,( and It IS not out of charather) because we know, by the way she talks and acts that she is not completely well, she is trying to be kind, trying to be great, to be a good friend, she is working to be better, and to fit in, in every group she's in, she takes Care to not be too bosy or too hot headed, she's now Very anxious because she's taking more caution of her actions and reactions.
Hush
I know they said the end is near
But I'm still on my tallest tiptoes
Spinning in my highest heels, love
Shining just for you
And they called off the circus
Burned the disco down
When they sent home the horses
And the rodeo clowns
I'm still on that tightrope
I'm still trying everything to get you laughing at me
LEAFY, she is a Very unique charather, in Season one she's the only one who cares about not killing others and taking Care of the others, she's someone who sacrifices too much and as a reward expects too much, thats why when Firey let her down she does not think twice, she steals dream island, and thats what made everyone hate her, they Chase her down, make sure nobody recovers her, exclude her from society in general, only in BFB she comes back to talk with them again, but firey is the only one who havent gotten away from the past, he hadnt moved on, and neither did she, they are both on the circus, Leafy is still trying to make firey look at her, and he is still waiting for the show to end.
I'm still a believer but I don't know why
I've never been a natural
Alll i do is try, try, try...
I'm still on that trapeze
I'm still trying everything
To keep you looking at me
Book is also someone who have morals, she tries to play a Fair game and does her best to be as right as possible, she does not Care about winning, she cares about playing a good game right and Fair, and most of ALL, she wants to make her friends proud of her, and like Needle, she wants and believes that she can be part of their group, she wants to be more than Just an alternate, she wants that, even more than winning, and i believe, more than playing right, she wants their friendship, but as we know, she does not get that, ir at least, she was never told she already had that, and thats why she goes away from them in BFB.
But in BFDIA she is still trying to make Pencil, and the freesmartes to look at her.
I Also could dedicate this to Ice cube given the fact that since Season one she always wanted to be friends with the girls, but they always left her behind.
Because I'm a mirrorball
I'm a mirrorball
I'll show you every version of yourself
Tonight
ALL of them, because charathers are at its core mirrors of the watchers and the creators, they inspire us as much as they taught us a Lesson about ourselves.
I want Pencil to suffer in the timeloop I want Two to realize why Gaty is missing I want Black Hole to be forced to sign a diabolical deal I want X to find out that Four is gone I want Four to cry in the moon I want Winner and the gang to find Grassy all miserable I want Six to get obliterated I want One to replay Leafy's words in her head about how she's gonna be alone I want Firey to start losing hope in finding Leafy I want someone to crash out I want everyone to suffer and die and scream and kill
I want to firey to suffer so bad... I want to see that Man yearning so much its like he is mourning a dead wife, and i want him to have an Odysseus type adventure and will to get home and find leafy.
I want adventure and hardships for everyone but i crave for suffering to that dude because after everything Leafy had come trough bc of him, i BELIEVE he deserves to have a taste of what desperation feels like and i want him to overcome It ALL like a hero.
Contrary to what everyone is saying, I didn't find the episode itself bad, I enjoyed watching it, but I won't lie... I expected more! But not in the way everyone is saying. I loved seeing Grassy and Two recovering little by little, and I loved the dynamic between Winner, Loser, and Firey Junior. However, I really, really wanted the episode title to do justice to the episode itself, "Insect-phobia Nightmare," meaning I wanted those damn insects to be a lot of trouble, for getting rid of the insects to be the main problem, for there to be a huge insect chasing everyone, and for getting Two out of that damn hotel to be a subplot, not the main objective of the characters, because that would demonstrate how One is destroying the planet's ecosystem, making everything worse, in other words, showing how terrible she is as the main villain of the whole thing.
So i liked the serious tone of the Episode, and It made me laugh a Lot BUT I NEEDED THE CHAOTIC APOCALIPTIC VIBE thats what i wanted
And now about Firey, I had high expectations for him, as you saw in my last post. However, I haven't lost hope of seeing him suffer, lol. I saw that he was sent to heaven with a bunch of people, and honestly, it was great to see those characters again, especially the diva Dora. I enjoyed seeing them working together, and the jokes made me laugh out loud. But if I were to write the next episode, I would have this group face the sea somehow to find the people who were kidnapped by One, with Firey taking the lead, or Dora (or both of them working together), and they would have to face all sorts of creatures that One created in the water. I would dedicate an entire episode to this, putting each of them to face these monsters together, and Firey getting tired and losing hope but recovering and missing Leafy. (She's very sick because the sun hasn't fully returned yet; it would be great to see her and the plants suffering from this lack of sun, and I was hoping Grassy would be sick too, after all he's a plant, but what if he became immune??? I hope he gets sick in the next episode to give a greater sense of urgency to everyone)
