So! I have been making some plans for the designs I have!

I. T1 - Ears

So I have a few different ways I can make them and I will probably use them all & just make multiple sets of ears until I am happy.

T1 will be first constructed with a skeleton of the ears, starting with spines on the top and bottom with rib cages to fill out the side

Looking something roughly like this!

Then, I will fill it in with most-likely paper mache, paint it, seal it.

The inside will be hallow and sealed as well.

The ears will be fastened onto my head with hair clips going in different directions, the same as HQ wigs.

Why? Because otherwise it wouldnt be on securely and it'd be bopping my head and ripping out my hair.

One issue I have, though, is on the place of my head I plan to have it there's a bend, cuz yk, it's my skull..

So idk what I'mm going to do there or how it will affect my fastening method.

I.II Usages of T1-Ears

I will probably use these as just the general, go to ears? Like if I am ever feeling kin-dysphoric and want to wear them for however long I want.

I would say this is priority No. 1 to get me more of a feel of what I am doing, and to let me start small while doing it.

It will be just some nice ears to wear whenever idk.

II. T2 -Ears

T2 ears will be made in a sort-of different way.

If you've ever seen certain furries make those MASSIVE tails with a bunch of circular rib cages put together for mobiltiy - think like that. [No photo to currently explain what I mean]

I would want this because I don't want completely stiff ears, but I worry about them being too moveable or even flat looking, ykwim? I want it to feel realistic.

If it goes well these will be my Good Ears that I'd wear to special events and cons and stuff.

T2 Also will not paper mache. Idk what I am going for, yet, but I can use fur or felt really. I will probably make versions of all just to experiment.

Priority is medium, plan to experiment with this & the tail.
