Listen, it's really hard to narrow down so many great moments to only five moments, but I managed to do it. Also, I can't use movie screencaps because that's illegal (UNTIL IT'S OUT ON STREAMING, AT LEAST. Waiting), so we are going to replace them with manga panels. Spoilers ahead!
Some honourable mentions before I get to the top 5:
The entire intro of everyone falling in!!!! AND ZENITSU RUNNING AND CASUALLY BLITZING A PAIR OF DEMONS. AND PRETTY MUCH EVERY SCENE OF ZENITSU ON HIS WAY TO FIND KAIGAKU.
The fight sequence when Giyu unlocks his mark is truly unmatched.
Tanjiro unlocking Transparent World for the first time, and he appears with those red eyes after he chops Akaza's arm off… and after WE ALL THOUGHT IT WAS WRAPS FOR GIYU.
Akaza being a chronic yapper and asking Giyu for his name and Giyu saying stfu I don't talk to demons and then Tanjiro just casually HOLLERING his name
Shinobu's last attack on Douma. That shit was peak.
Shinobu grabbing her haori and screaming at Douma, "DON'T YOU RECOGNISE THIS HAORI?" with so much rage. Incredible voice acting.
Zenitsu looking dead serious in one scene… and the next scene he is screaming and sobbing in a hole on the ground. The contrast was so stark I burst out laughing, and it's SO HOT. Yes, it was hot and cute and funny because I like my men pathetic.
Akaza capturing Tanjiro's sword and then getting headbutted and LAUGHING. Dafuq! I know it's ironic but it was the moment Tanjiro headbutted him and he was FINE that I was, like, this man is a beast. Even Sanemi went down from that headbutt (not that Sanemi is as strong as Akaza but still).

NO 5
Yeah, Ufotable killed this scene. The music, everything, oooooof. I keep replaying this over and over. Easily the highlight of the entire Zenitsu segment for me.
NO 4
Okay, Ufotable didn't just kill the scene of Akaza's arrival – they completely took it to a whole other level, lol. The rumbling as Akaza destroys buildings in a downward spiral to get to Tanjiro, the FANTASTIC music that swells in the background, the way you see a silhouette as a newcomer drops down and then he raises his head, and you're greeted by the most diabolical face-card in the history of anime. NO ONE looks like Akaza. I love how demonic his eyes looked in the movie, how they're gleaming slants, his curved smile/sneer……. Wowza. What a moment.
NO 3
Tanjiro's entire conversation with Akaza about the laws of strength when Akaza starts insulting Rengoku. It sent fucking chills down my spine!!!! The music was phenomenal. Tanjiro is such a fantastic MC, from the way he speaks with such conviction to challenge and dismantle everything Akaza believes in. Love my boy Tanjiro. And him getting angry on behalf of Rengoku gave me chills, too.
NO 2
Honestly, the whole of Akaza's backstory is a masterpiece. But if I had to pick one moment, it's the fireworks scene when MY GIRL ASKS HIM TO MARRY HER AND HE SAYS YES, AND THAT HE WILL PROTECT HER FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE AND BECOME STRONGER THAN ANYONE ELSE! The way Ufotable animated that part was insane. I was so moved. This promise is so pivotal to Akaza's entire journey as a demon. It's why he was so determined to pursue strength, even to the point that he regenerated his head. He didn't remember WHY it was so important he had to become stronger, but subconsciously, his soul knew he had to keep that promise he made centuries ago.
NO 1
To no one's surprise, this is my number 1. The moment when Koyuki frees Akaza from that promise and tells him that he can rest now. He can stop trying to pursue strength. He had done enough. And that is ultimately what gave him the final push to finally let go and move on with his family. This is forever, forever etched in my heart

The way Akaza/Hakuji holds on to Koyuki as they get engulfed in flames in the movie, bro I cannot imagine how much comfort he felt having her so close after all those years. I wonder how long he held onto her afterwards :’)
