Hello You! I decided to make this mega-post so people aren't as lost as I originally was with the new Welcome Home update, hopefully you'll find the answers you've been looking for in here! :P
Side note: English is not my first language so apologies for my grammar and spelling in advance </3 also this post isn't in the order that I found everything since the whole ordeal was pretty chaotic for me, I decided to present my findings in a more cohesive way so everyone can understand ^^
First let's take a moment to appreciate our resident bug loving puppet being all grumpy in the front page :3c
With that out of the way let's go to the News page to see what's cooking this time the Welcome Home Restoration Project Team
News that’s Nothing to Frown at!
We’re happy to write to you again, dear neighbor! This time around, we invite you to set your sights on Welcome Home’s local bug enthusiast, Frank Frankly!
Strangely enough, we’ve noticed there are very few items that display Frank without Julie Joyful present somewhere in the material. Then again, The Playfellow Workshop seems to have been fond of pairing them off together as both comedic and romantic foils, and could have conceptualized them with this in mind. Still, even Welcome Home seems to explore Julie’s character more than it does Frank. It’s possible that Frank’s existence was ended early in the show’s run or his character had been introduced later on when creative changes took place.
Whatever the case may be, we’d hate to assume something so soon when so little has been uncovered and instead opted to sort through what we could find with Frank Frankly in mind! Although it isn’t much, we hope you enjoy what we found. This brings us to our next bit of information.
We have both a bit of good news and a bit of bad news.
As we said before, we couldn’t find much surrounding Frank, but we believe it may be due in part to unforeseen circumstances on our end. A wild animal was discovered inside one of the boxes we had received for restoration, among other things, which has made it difficult to continue our research. This isn’t entirely unheard of and it won’t affect our efforts in the long run. On the more joyful side of things, and to make up for this surprise guest, we have decided to continue to upload anything we find with Frank Frankly present up until our next array of discoveries is made public. (We have a feeling A Darling Broadcast wasn’t just an isolated special!)

So according to the Team we can see that there's not much Frank-centered content out there since he must've been conceptualized as Julie's partner. Also there's a mention of a wild animal discovered inside one of the boxes the team recieved, this is explained in more detail in the ‘away from prying eyes’ website:

You'll see a little bug standing next to Frank in the pixel art for the News page, when you hover your mouse over that image it changes to an eye:
When we click on Frank it will show us a crumpled paper, clicking on it reveals a letter from Frank to Wally, once again the cursor changes when you hover over the button drawing:
Clicking it will take us to this update's ringringring page, with a new audio from Wally, he will talk about the last update and how he made us play a game so we could see Julie (refering to how we had to check some cards with flowers and get their meanings to put into the main URL of the site so we could see the secrets). Wally taunts us a little more before giving us the rules for his new game:

A game called-
Hunt.
Hunt is easy.
Follow your dog. Find your trophy.
If it is in pieces, do not worry.
Put it back together again.
Display it. Win.
Remember what you saw, just like last time.
We got the rules, we got to play, remember this little fella?
He barks (somewhat) everytime we click him, that's our dog, he guided us to Wally, so now we follow him.
Let's check some of the new stuff the Team has posted around! We got two new storybooks, a new game and new food according to the Discoveries page.
The new storybooks are "Primrella" and "Frank's Favorite Chair" and yet... our dog seems interested in something else.
Weird, why would it be digging the Sweet Briar storybook? That's from the last update. I tried watching the whole thing again but it's the same, maybe if we look at the page's code?
Bingo! There's a clue hidden in the code, a riddle because Wally cannot be direct for his own good.
Two words, first one is sweet, the second a flower, intertwined they call to mind the face of a neighbor he pretends not to know.
The "he" in here is obviously Frank since the whole update is about him, is there any neighbor he pretends not to know? Well, if you've been part of this story for a while you may recall a theory that goes around the fandom that Frank and Eddie have a queer-coded relationship. If Frank gets partnered with Julie most of the time then he would try to forget Eddie for the sake of the production (and we all know this is a way for Clown to comment on queer erasure back in the day so... yeah I'm pretty sure it's Eddie we're talking about).
So how do we know what flower to pick? That's easy, the merch shop! All of the character plushies come with a "Springtime pin" and our Eddie Dear is no exception:
He has a lavender pin! So, the first word is sweet, the second lavender. Combined it's sweetlavender, put that in the URL and...
Clicking on the bug will kill it, then pick what fell from it and we got our first secret video, Specimen C. (Write that one down, we will probably need it).
Clicking the box below "saves" your progress, Wally asked us to hunt and that's what we'll do with this bugs. "Find your trophy, put it back together again" means that we need to find all the bugs around so we can make a new one, our trophy.
From here on it's as easy as looking for bugs with the help of our dog.
Specimen P. is on the Food page.
Specimen L. is on the Stickers page.
The Toys one is hidden inside the Floriography board. Specimen R.
The Neighborhood one is specially tricky, you have to pay attention to the Specimen R. video to know where it is since our dog decided to go for a stroll around the block.
Seems like Julie and Frank took a stroll as well, they forgot something tho, right where the eye can see.

The last one is difficult to catch, since it's very well hidden. You need to click the Home gif beside the Welcome Home banner on The Neighborhood page. You'll see that the cursor changes too.
Instead of going back like it's supposed to do it'll bring you to a page called "our home" where we can only see (and click) on Julie's house. We can explore a bit but this is where we find our last piece of the trophy.
Finish It. Specimen A. According to the video that's our last piece.
So what does that give us? If we scramble the letters for all the Specimens we found we get a word.
PARCEL. Did you notice how it's all related to mail? The letters, Eddie, a parcel.
So we type it out: site's URL/ourhome/parcel
Yes indeed, I have six bug pieces with me.
idk why it appears at the side of the screen but okay as you wish Wally.
And that's it, our Franken-bug trophy is complete, enjoy your reward! :)
Poor Frank is going through it, I already have a post about this very red envelope on my blog, it's right below this one. If you asked me what does this mean, well, I think they wanted to get rid of him (the production of the show, not Wally specifically) so this envelope is like a dismissal letter to our bug boy. But that's just a theory A GAME THEO- no.
Anyways fellow unfiction enthusiasts this is everything I managed to find in this update! Hope you enjoyed the post. Many people were asking how I got the red envelope video in my last post so I wanted to make a "guide" for them so they don't go running like a headless chicken around like I did (seriously I spent at least 4 hours on the website in VC with a friend trying to solve this one out by myself). I dedicate this one to the amazing Nick Nocturne who unfortunately for me didn't do a livestream checking the website update so I had to work by myself u-u but it was fun, maybe I'll start investigating solo from now on.
