Wow! Only 30% to 50% of people have this!! Really?!? Mind blown.

My brain rarely shuts up. Seriously, it's always going, it's doing it now as I am typing this. One of the only times it doesn't happen is when I am training people (I do that as part of my job). Then, it's silent and, I find that a little weird. Have often thought I must have some sort of trance going on.

I have always been aware that reading aloud, but to one's self, slowed down reading speed but, I have always felt it improved comprehension.

I struggled for a fair while with the talk being nasty and negative but that's very rare now and I have tools 🔧 to stop myself.

Blush moment but, when I can't get to sleep, I tell myself stories. 📖

Sheesh, I am a weirdo! Well colour me surprised 😮. I just wish it had the side effect of being more creative.
