Harley had been convinced to join forces with Safe Haven after a lot of discussion: with Elodie, with Poppy, and with Doey, just to name the main characters in play. Even after the latter had tentatively allowed the Doctor entry to their home—which took a lot of convincing on Elodie and Poppy's part—the other experiments tended to either keep their distance, outright run away from him, or would simple sit or stand and glare at him.
He doesn't say anything about it. He knows why they're behaving this way, and he doesn't begrudge them for it.
Still, despite understanding, it's gotten a bit annoying at best...and somewhat lonely at worst.
That's why, when he hears someone approaching from behind, Harley doesn't initially bother to look back. He assumes they're just passing by at a bit closer range than most. When they get too close, however, he finally lifts his hooded head and turns the TV affixed atop his neck around so its screen, displaying that singular tired eye, faces Elodie.
Its pupil flicks downward, towards the offered bracelet. Purple and black, with white squares bearing the letters, 'H' and 'S' to stand for his name.
It blinks, then lifts its gaze back up to Elodie's face.
