My 🧬 tips:
B&BWooooorks/L\/SH: claim damage, broken candles or spilled product. It happens all the time, they’ll usually refund you no problem. Don’t even bother with a “im travelling, i need a refund not a reshipment” excuse, just say that you want to buy the product in store instead of risking more damages.
ANY clothing company: if DN@ is risky/the delivery company takes proof of delivery, take a similar looking piece of scrap cloth/duplicate item and rip it, take photos from different angles and say that all the items are damaged. Another method (if the company has physical stores) is to poke a hole through the fabric, this happens with poorly applied tags and it’s very easy to sow up.
@M@Z0N: EB works much better than missing package. In my experience, they’ll fight you on 🧬 claims but are much more willing to refund for an empty box.
