Josh Levison || v; King of Vampires
He didn’t trust easily. He had to learn that the hard way and knowing one of his own was with a vampire didn’t sit well with him. Josh was well aware of Aiden Waite, yet he couldn’t believe the male until he saw Cain for himself. He stopped dead center of the doorway. Those dark eyes scanning the room before him. He was taken back by the place. He had pictured the place looking a lot different in his mind. He had been a place like this once before, bad things happened there. Not even his pack knew of the horrors he faced and he wanted to keep it that way. He jumped slightly at the feel of the males hand on his shoulder. It wasn’t news to him that Cain’s mate was one of Aidan’s animals to call. The mention of sticking around for dinner was not something he thought the other would ask. His brows furrowed as he looked back at the male. Why did he feel like that was a way for them to keep him here? Yet he knew better. HIs attention was grabbed to the younger male that approached them. “I will stay but not until I know he’s really okay.” He said softly, yet he knew that the male would be fine. That Cain was resting comfortably. Traumatized he could get but he just didn’t understand why he never got a call. He gave a short nod as he looked back toward Adien. Dark shadows of doubt lurked behind those soft brown eyes. Hesitantly, he stepped forward, not really even having to be shown where Cain was he could feel him. An Ulfric could always find their own.
It was happening, The Ulfric was actually staying, for dinner . A brief smile broke out across the vampires face at this little detail. It wasn't none, at least not to a lot of people, but Aidan had somewhat of a thing for the Wolf. And since the beginning of Josh's arrival in Boston. Aidan had been watching Him, it was not categorized as a Obsession. But regardless of How he had started to feel. The male was in a relationship, and that was sacred. Now, He was mate less, and it was because of one of HIS own. That didn't set right with The King of Vampires. Someone had broken Law and for that, they would pay dearly. Normal occasions, he would discuss such reasons with The Council and summon The ' Le Lauranie' The vampire Assassins, ones that move like shadows, and you never seen it coming. But this was to personal a thing, to just let it be handled outside of The Pack. He watched as His Son escorted the Wolf back toward the rooms in which Cain and Elijah were at the moment. And it was His duty as a Host to gather anything that the other would like to eat. Feet carried Him swiftly to the kitchen where He notified the staff to prepare some of the finest wine and Appetizers for the moment. Grief sometimes called for food, or at least that was what He had always figured.
" Whenever you get done, checking on Your Beta and Alpha, if they are up to it and You as well. I have some Appetizer’s prepared. We have some things we should discuss. "
