That video going viral of the couple laughing and talking about how they purposefully made a woman's ride on a shuttle bus super uncomfortable simply Bc she chose to stay where she was and sat quietly the whole Time as they shoved her and took her photo really pisses me off. They stress how it was just a quick shuttle from the rental car place to the airport but yet they couldn't fathom not being hip to hip and decided that the gall of a woman denying their childish demands should have the consequence of public humiliation. Fuck those asshole. That's some bullshit. Grow the fuck up, jerks. I hope no one treats you or anyone you know the way you've treated, and continue to treat, her 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

After putting time and effort into thoughtful gifts for my family, which took their side projects and long time passions into consideration. After putting aside 100 small things I wanted to do, things which meant something to me, to accommodate their whims. After going without so they could have I was presented with 3 candy bars from the liquor store as the entirety of my Christmas present. Literally. That's was it. Not even a nice note to say I matter. Nothing. Next year I am taking a cruise to the Bahamas by myself and they can go Fuck themselves.

My job is pretty rad and the perks include seats in the company suite and being given the opportunity to attend meetings at this year's UNGA. Not bad for a recovering dirtbag who moved to the US with a couple hundred dollars and no damn clue what she wanted in life.

It's not all wheezing and taking hits off inhalers on the bad days. It's also sweating a lot and taking breaks which means a simple chore can take 2x a long. About 20 mins ago I sorted my laundry to do one load and sweat through my shirt so now I'm taking a rest before I can make the trek to the basement. It's something they tell you to make a conscious effort to give yourself permission to do. Therefore my current status is me laying on my couch with a paper towel in my hand so sweat doesn't run into my eyes. A fan is blowing on me and I'm punching this into my phone to keep the sorrowful anxiety about my ever present mortality at bay.

This has made me laugh, out loud and heartily, for 2 yrs now.
