Looking straight out like a character from Greese. Mondo is the cool kid with a biker- attitude. And even uses a ‘nail file’ to keep his pomp-horn sharp. (Yk. The sturdy kind you can grind through metals with.)

Skill wise. Mondo fights via break dancing, with powerful kicks. And occasionally his horn. (Maybe some bombs—)

Mondo is working with Big Mama and the Punk Frogs in a partnership that he considers happily benefits every party. — And it should stay that way.

Growing up orphaned on the streets, Manny— who rescued him, took in the little thief and introduced him further into the crime life. And Mondo enjoys it. Mondo is loyal to that, and the most loyal to Manny. He can’t just leave and quit crime— even if he wanted too. He’s the only family he has. And Manny cares a LOT about money.

— And the bigger he can be, the more he can contribute, the more his ‘family’ will want him around.

However, both Big Mama and Repo Mantis think they have debts owed to them, and the turtles have to pay. So he happily steps in. Getting an inkling on how powerful the turtles are. Mondo tries a different approach. In the form of finding and manipulating the smallest and most naive turtle.

However, making a deal with Manny and Big Mama is no easy task. Mikey isn’t who he expects. Strong, temperamental, able to hold his ground, and fun, Mikey is someone who genuinely wants to be his friend. And Mondo finds he actually likes him, and starts to grow attached. Which is… a problem.

Speaking of problems.

His relationship with the Punk Frogs is complicated. As a crime family, he knows they are most loyal to each other and him second. And they are in the name of dangerous business. And thinks they only let him stick around with Napoleon for what he can contribute.

So even if Mikey makes him consider being better, and choose a different life for himself. He’s too scared doing so will make him lose all the other people he cares about.

Napoleon wants to be his friend. And tries hard. And although Mondo likes to hang with him, he never lets himself get too personal. Ready to flee everything if he has too.— And maybe he thinks Naps is foolish for trusting a guy like him too.

Genghis doesn’t like him— at least how finicky he seems to be about loyalty and with Napoleon. But more importantly, he doesn’t want another kid involved in this sort of mess. He’s getting into things he shouldn’t, and acting too big for his britches. Especially with Big Mama.

He just wants Napoleon and Mondo to be kids, which is why he lets the kids be, and that’s that. Mondo wants him to like him though— at least not mind him sticking around. Less likely to be kicked out of their gang that way.

Attila sees the benefits Mondo brings to them— and therefore the town he has to watch out for, but he also sees how desperate for loved ones Mondo is. And— partially cause he has a soft spot for young ones— let’s him contribute. Sides. His little brother Napoleon needs some friends his age. Just as long as they stay out of certain kinds of trouble.

Aaaaand then there’s Razz. Mondo likes Razz. While he likes Genghis’ sass, he can actually banter with Rasputin. And get away with a lot of things he (and Genghis) won’t tell Atilla about. That said. Mondo REALLY hates it when the doctor has to treat his wounds for something stupid he did. And maybe avoid him sometimes—
