SYNOPSIS during a day off, you decide to visit the bookstore next-door to your florist shop. the air-conditioned storeโsmelling distinctly of booksโis a stark contrast to the beating sun outside. a welcome change. the bookstore clerk, a young man in his early 20s, beams at you as you walk further in, calling out to you in that cheerful tone youโre quite used to hearing by now since he often comes over to get new plants and whatnot to place around the store. but what you arenโt used to is the man whoโs already standing at the counter, talking to the clerk. he looks just like the clerk known as chrisโyet heโs got a different aura around him that has your pulse quickening despite yourself. and when he smirks slightly, averting his undivided attention to you, you know youโre already falling into the depths of his ocean blue eyes.
