sneaking around in the summertime w/your best friends brother !! (otw!michael)
“Shhh-“ you hush Michael who stifles his laughter against your palm. “seriously if they catch us—“ he cuts you off. “they won’t y/n, we’ve been doing this for what, two summers now?” you release your hand from his mouth. “fair point.”
“Y/N!!” you hear latoya and janet shout your name in unison, they’re always looking for you around their big house—all the time. Meanwhile, you’re always with michael, kissing as the two of you are doing now, or other things. His hands fly to your hips pulling you flush against his chest. You pull back, his face in your hands.
“They’re looking for me now, let’s sneak out later tonight?” He huffs, pulling you in for one more kiss. “yeah—okay.” You step out of the dry shower attempting to move the curtain as quiet as possible. You clear your throat, walking to the sink pretending like you were just washing your hands.
“Jan? Toya?” You say walking out, and michael just sits there for a moment. Clueless on what to do with you, you drive him crazy—a good kind of crazy, he thought.
After a while of catching up with the girls, you’re now basically being bombarded. “y/n seriously quit wandering off!! makes us worry.” janet says taking your hands into hers. Latoya looks at you some more. “got something you wanna tell us?” she says, eyes growing suspicious.
“That I have to pee often?” You snort, attempting to lighten to mood. “god that’s awful you’ve gotta get that checked out, come on, change into your swimsuit—we’re getting in the pool.” Before you could disagree janet and latoya are already in stringing you along with them.
You stay afloat on the pink and gold flamingo floatie, legs for days, sun bouncing off of your soaked body. You’re in a leopard print bikini accented with a soft trim of pink alongside with your matching bottoms. “toya I don’t understand-“ janet begins. “If he only treats you like a fling then leave him, I’m sure you’ve got lots of guys lined up.”
“Ehh—that’s a stretch, don’t ya think Jan?” You say, adding a playful lighthearted joke. “Screw you y/n,” latoya shoots back. “Since we’re on my love life—what about you, y/n? Hm?” You almost fall out of the only stable thing keeping you afloat. “ugh nothing you know—these men.”
“These men?” You hear Jermaine’s irritating voice and before you know it—you’re being splashed with water as he jumps into the pull. You let out an annoyed huff. “One jackson brother means more to go—“ you sigh. Janet and latoya chuckle, “Well you’re right.” You hear Marlon’s voice. “ughh.” Janet groans. “Can you guys wait until we’re done.”
“No can do.” Michael comes out now, “where are the rest?” latoya sarcastically says. “lazing around.” You clear your throat as you see michael, shirtless, a smug smile on his face, eyes meeting yours except—they quickly travel down to your figure.
You shoot him a glare in which he only smiles in return, that stupid smile you see when you two are sneaking around. “Michael quit being weird.” Janet says. And he snorts. “How?”
“I—just get in the pool if you’re going to.” And he happily obliges. Floating on his back towards you, you reach for your sunglasses placing them back on your eyes so the girls couldn’t tell.
They’re being distracted by Marlon and Jermaine playing chicken. “couldn’t wait till tonight?” you say, avoiding all eye contacts. “You look damn good—so no.” You huff. “Uh huh, you’re being risky.” He splashes water onto you and you yelp. “stop that!”
“Hey! Michael are you bothering y/n!!?” Latoya shouts. “Yeah, y/n is he bothering you?” You send them a wave. “No!! Ha he’s telling me bad jokes though.”
“Come join us in chicken!” Marlon insists, and you pull your sunglasses up. “ah fine.” you murmur, swimming your way back over there. “I want you on my shoulders, y/n.” Jermaine jokes. “nope—I want her on mine.” Marlon snorts. “well she’s not getting on either of you’s back.” michael says, making his way into the circle.
“Says who?” You decided this would be the perfect time. “Marlon, help me onto your shoulders.” You turn and god—his face was priceless. Jaw clenched, eyebrows furrowed. Janet takes her place on Michael’s shoulders.
“Okay 1,2,3!” A circle of laughter, and splashing happening all in one big pool, latoya almost knocks you down if it wasn’t for Marlon’s good feet. As you got back up you and janet begin playfully fighting each other and she falls almost in an instant. When they both surface from the water she complains. “Michael did you even try?” He shrugs, stepping out of the pool. “I did try—and I’m going inside now.”
You felt a bit bad, you didn’t think he’d take it to heart. You put a mental note in your head to apologize. “What’s wrong with him?” Jermaine asks Marlon, He only shrugs and says, “maybe in one of his moods?” You find yourself also getting out of the pool. “Y/n?” Toya questions. “I’m gonna get changed.”
You’re now rummaging through your bag that was sat on janet’s bed looking for a cozy outfit, you hear the floorboard creek thinking it’s one of the girls, spinning around you hold two shirts. “Which one should I-“ you’re met with a chest, his chest specifically. “Hmm.” You scoff, “you must want to get caught at this rate.” You push off of his chest, before you can rummage through other options he points at the hot pink, tight fitting shirt with the neckline wide open. “ooh cheeky.” you make a joke. “I like.”
You put the other option away. “Bet you would’ve let Marlon choose to.” You zip your bag up and stifle a laugh. “Still mad?” He lets out a groan of annoyance. “Very.” You nudge his shoulder. “I was only teasing, I am sorry—didn’t expect you to get mad.” He crosses his arms, a duck pout on his face. “Wanna make it up to me?” You nod, He points towards the bed. “No! No! Are you crazy.” You whisper shout—“On Janet’s bed?”
“I was only teasing, follow me.”
Following him led you to— “a treehouse? Michael is this—“ he interrupts you by kissing you, The treehouse creaks. “Is it built for this?” You huff, catching your breath from his hungry kissing. “Yeah.” He trails his lips down your neck, to your chest and then stomach. He lifts up.
“I thought I was supposed to be the one making it up to you.” You joke, noticing how heat built between your thighs. “uh huh, you can, by letting me taste you.”
“Alright, have your way pretty boy.”
Within minutes, clothes are discarded, moans being in sync. His tongue laps over your soaking clit, “ah—“ you whimper. And he groans into your pussy, he pulls back just a bit, warm breath against it. “I just thought about it—“ he huffs.
“I don’t want anyone to have this, I want this to be mine—all of it, all of you.” You nod your head, not listening to a word. “‘kay—okay just—go—“ your hand shoves his face between your thighs again. Your legs wrapping around his neck as his tongue darts into your g spot. “Right—there—ahhhh.” You moan, “slow down—“ you tap his head, “slow—I’ll cu—I’m gonna cum.” You whimper.
“Cmon baby, all over my tongue.”
“Wow Michael, you feel better?” You huff, out of breath. “So much better—I might need a reminder though,” you cut him off. “Shut up,” He laughs, “I’m only teasing.” Before you could manage a laugh, realization hits you like a wave. “What’s the time?”
“Uhh—“ he glances at his watch. “We should go…” You gather your clothes in a hurry as you two race down the treehouse. “Michael, this is on you if they ask me anything!”
“And where were you?” Tito eyes Michael up and down, you two almost made it. Walking in the house at the same time—sold. “Walking.” He states as if that’s the obvious. “Walking or running a marathon cause you’re sweating bricks.” He points out, before his finger points towards you. “You’re also sweating, what were you doing?” Tito questions you now.
“Well, it’s not sweat you see—I went to the beach to do my yoga and—“ he cuts you off, “yoga makes you sweat?” You snort, nodding. “Yeah, yeah—very hot yoga.” You add. “Well, okay.” His eyebrows relax. “Last thing I’d want is my little sister’s best friend to be sneaking around with my stupid brother.” He jokes and your breath catches in your throat. “Never,” you replied sending him a smile before scurrying off looking for Janet and Latoya.
You and him decided to play it safe by not sneaking out last night. You awake on janet’s bed and her and latoya are already awake. “Morning, sleepyhead.” You send janet a smile before replying, “Morning.”
“The guys insisted on making us breakfast so it should be ready in a few, get ready though we’re all going hiking afterwards.” You huff, “hiking? It is sooo hot.” latoya shrugs, “well the guys suggested it, and we didn’t have anything else planned.”
“All of them are going?” You attempt to play the question off. “Yeah, why?” Janet eyes you. “Just curious.” As she lets go of her lingering suspicion, “Oh there’ll also be this big waterfall so you can bring your swimsuit, and we have to pack this entire picnic thing.” You huff, “sounds fun.”
“Oh wait.” Latoya pauses, “Michael says he can’t make it.” You attempt to look away without making it this big thing. “Oh—okay, more for us then.” You lightheartedly joke. You stand up. “I’m gonna go change though.”
You’re in the bathroom changing into your bathing suit and slipping on your outfit over it before you hear a knock. “One second—“ you call out. “Hurry.” That voice whispers, and without a second thought you open the door wide. He comes in immediately closing the door, flipping the lock, he finds your waist then his lips find yours.
“Wait—“ you push his chest back. “You aren’t coming hiking?” You frown. A smile plasters across his face. “Why are you smiling?” He shrugs, before leaning in kissing you more. “I don’t know maybe ‘cause—you might actually love me, look at that frown.”
You scoff, “shut up, I don’t do that stuff.” he crosses his arms, “yeah sure.” You eye him. “I don’t.” He leans against the bathroom counter. “I actually wanted to talk to you, about this.” You inhale, here it comes—reality. It was fun and all, sneaking around, but now things get real, real feelings have been caught. “ahh—can we wait until I get back from hiking? It’ll ruin my mood i’d be thinking about it the whole way up there.” He smiles, “yeah, okay. the fireworks are happening tonight so we can talk then.”
You agree, and he pulls you into a kiss. “I just—promise me that it won’t change anything about what we have going on, please?” You hold your pinky out. “I don’t know if I can promise that.” He murmurs. You nod. “Okay then, see you later.” He pulls you back before you walk off, “and you look good, really good.” you stifle a laugh. “Don’t let my brothers approach you in any way.”
After you get back from hiking, lots of chatter is going on and honestly you just want to hit the hay. “Jermaine you complained the whole way, that was annoying.” You say, annoyed. “Well I didn’t know how far we’d be hiking!” He retorts.
It was now midnight, after your shower you wore your cozy pajamas. “Hey there’s ice cream for you, the guys went out and bought it.” Janet comes into the room telling you. “Oh and Michael is asking for you? I don’t know why, if he starts being annoying let me know.” You snort, “okay, okay.” he’s gotten bold.
In all honesty, you were attempting to avoid him, to avoid the firework talk—everything. You didn’t know what you’d do if you two became real, and you didn’t want to think about it.
You slip your slippers on, making your way towards Michael who was sitting at the pool chairs, the fireworks had already started. “hi.” you greet, “hi pretty, you look ready for bed, tryna avoid me?” you nod. “yeah, this talk.” you find your seat on the same chair as him.
“Soo—“ you start. “I don’t want you to think you have to say anything.” He whispers. “Okay, then I won’t, if I don’t wanna.” He smiles, “alright then.”
“It’s been two summers, y/n—and I’ve completely fallen for you. This started off as some—stupid, fling thing.” His head falls in his hands, and the only comfort you can do is stroke his back with your nails. “Continue.” And so he does. “I can’t look at any other girl—or I don’t want to, either way, y/n. I can’t believe I’m saying this—well I can believe I-“
“Michael, spit it out. It’s just us, like it’s always been.”
“Oh.” You quietly whisper, you obviously love him too. A lot actually. So the three words weigh on your mind for a bit, your stroking pattern on his back comes to a halt. “Oh?” He turns to you, eyebrows furrowed in confusion. “I think I love you too.” You snort. And he smiles.
You start, “but you know this situation is very complicated.” A firework comes over the sky once again, and you smile. “But we can figure it out.” He takes your hand in his. He lays back, and you lay on his chest, tracing invisible shapes. “yeah, I hope they aren’t angry with me, I’ve hid it from my best friends.”
“You know them, they won’t be.” He attempts to make you feel better. “Ugh, this is such a rough spot.” You feel tears daring to spill from your eyes. You whimper before letting them spill. “Ah, y/n. I’m sorry.” He rubs your shoulder in comfort and presses a kiss to your head. “It’s okay, this was gonna happen eventually.”
“We’ll figure it out together, okay?” You nod, holding out your pinky.
“I promise.” He says, his pinky intertwining with yours. “You love your pinky promises don’t you?” He snorts, and you nod. “I love them, so much.”
He presses a kiss to your lips, “wait, say you love me again.” he snorts, you slap his chest, “shush.”
