my peter.  wouldn’t have been hit as hard by tony’s death as canon mcu peter, but he’d still be out of commission for at least a few weeks.  tony was the first hero he revealed his identity to (well he figured it out but he did eventually admit it), he was his gateway into the greater superhero society, & the saviour of his little fledgling company.  he was a partner and friend to both Spider-Man & Peter Parker.
