Is Matiego Canon? Is it queerbait? Do you think they deserved better? Do you ship them?

One of the questions some people in the fandom have been asking since ECNSE ended it's about Diego and Mateo's relationship because the finale episode wasn't clear of that. Today one of the writers of the story said this

Translation:

- So, It's Matiego queerbait?

- Not really

- So?

- Since the beginning we knew Matiego was endgame but for various reasons it (the relationship) ended up being vague

So, Let's add Matiego to the list of things ECNSE could have done better if it wasn't for Osorio and Televisa :))

My personal opinion on this is that I don't ship Matiego that hard, I like them and that's it, but seeing this is really sad. As I said I'm not fan of them together as I didn't like Mateo that much. I think the story of how they felt in love was rushed, as everything in ECNSE. I still think they definitely deserved better that the few scenes we got in the series, maybe that's the reason I really never got to ship them. But the fact that it was part of the story that we'll never see because of, I assume, Osorio and Televisa, it's really shitty. Matiego deserved better than that!!

Maybe we could have had two power mlm couples but now we'll never know

I understand most of the people would disagree with me as they were actually cute together but idk, my shipper never came out with them. (Don't kill me)

- the first time temo says ‘te quiero’ to aris and aris just melts because he’s Whipped

- aris was always a big spoon but after losing his mother temo became big spoon because aris just wanted to be held by someone he loved

- temo waking aris up for classes by placing kisses all around his face

- aris letting his curls grow out for a while and temo constantly running his hands through them

- arqui spending the night at aris and temos place when eduardo was really busy and the three would end up falling asleep with arqui in the middle of aris and temo

- temo helping arqui get ready as aris prepared his lunch and made sure his book bag was packed

- on nights when aris would rehearse or have shows with thiago he would facetime temo to ask him about his day and wish him a goodnight
