If you don’t love yourself you will always be chasing after people who don’t love you either

I am trying to both be happy and pay attention to the world around me. I do not know if it is possible to do both at the same time.

You cannot change what you refuse to confront.

May you be fortunate enough to have the time and energy to do what you love, after you’ve spent your time and energy doing what you’ve had to do.

When a person tells you you hurt them, you don’t get to decide you didn’t.

Trust your gut- if it doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t.

I just want someone who will love me. when I do not know how to love myself.

Look for someone who knows how to quiet the storm within you.
