Scene 1

Aubrey and Plong Plong are siblings with opposite personalities. Aubrey is stubborn — more like a bad influence on everyone, Plong Plong on the other side is a Mama's Boy — sweet and caring. The first day of school finally comes, their mother insists to drop them off at school. However, Aubrey is complaining about it.

Aubrey: Ugh! That's so uncool, I don't want mom to drop us off at school.

Plong Plong: It will be fine, mom just wants us to arrive there safely.

Aubrey: My friends will make fun of me if they see me. They might say that I'm still a baby for letting mom drop me off.

*Plong Plong grabs his bag*

Plong Plong: Whatever, I'll go to the car. Mom is waiting for us.

*Aubrey scoffs and rolls her eyes*

Aubrey: Tell her that I'll just walk rather than taking a ride.

Scene 2

Aubrey walks alone on her way to school instead of taking a ride with Plong Plong. As she walks peacefully with her headphones on, a girl accidentally stumbled upon her — Tyxuan, the Chinese transferee.

*Aubrey glares at the Tyxuan*

Aubrey: Watch where you're going!

*Tyxuan nervously bows her head*

Tyxuan: I'm so sorry! I was just looking for my section!

Aubrey: Huh? Wait, I haven't seen you before. Are you new?

*Tyxuan nods*

Tyxuan: Yes, I came from China. I moved here to study.

*Aubrey pretends to not be intrigued by her and rolls her eyes instead*

Aubrey: Whatever, what's your section?

Tyxuan: I think it's.. Class A-2?

*Aubrey's eyes widened*

Aubrey: What?! We're in the same section? Ugh! Whatever, follow me, we're gonna be late!

Scene 3

Tyxuan and Aubrey rushed on their way to their classroom. As they reached the room, the Professor introduced the transferee student in front.

Professor: Ms. Transferee, introduce yourself to your new classmates.

*Tyxuan smiles and stands up in front of the classroom*

Tyxuan: Good day, everyone. My name is Tyxuan and I came from China.

While Tyxuan was speaking in front, one of their classmates — Riymart, who is a varsity player in basketball, intentionally threw a ball close to her face.

*Riymart pretends to panic as he rushed towards Tyxuan*

Riymart: Oh! Sorry! Are you alright?

*Tyxuan lets a small sigh*

Tyxuan: I'm fine.

Riymart: I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to-

*Aubrey throws a book to Riymart's back*

Aubrey: Ops! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to

*Aubrey says mockingly that made Tyxuan gasp*

Tyxuan: Hey, please! Calm down, it's just an accident.

Aubrey: Yeah, accident? Or maybe he's just trying to get your attention. That creep is a playboy!

*Riymart scoffs*

Riymart: Me? A guy like me wouldn't do such a thing.

Scene 4

As time goes by, Riymart continues to annoy Tyxuan by doing "scripted" accidents to get someone's attention. One day, Riymart was walking down the hallway and saw Aubrey with Tyxuan minding their own business in their locker. Riymart throws a paper on where the 2 girls are standing then he hides behind a wall.

*Aubrey looks behind them and scoffs*

Aubrey: Wow, I didn't know that flying papers were a thing.

*Tyxuan chuckle by Aubrey's sarcastic tone*

Tyxuan: Don't mind it, it's no one.

*Aubrey rolls her eyes*

Aubrey: If I found out that it's Riymart, I'm gonna beat him up.

Scene 5

The day of Intramurals has finally come. Everyone was participating, whether in booths or games. Riymart just finished playing basketball, a lot of girls had been supporting him during his performance — but he only has his eyes for the girl that he truly likes. As Riymart was walking out of the court, he saw Tyxuan clinging with a guy. Then suddenly, a voice speaks up behind him.

Aubrey: Seems like your crush is into someone already huh.

*Riymart laughs*

Riymart: Tyxuan isn't my crush, I don't even find her attractive.

*Aubrey scoffs and rolls her eyes*

Aubrey: Lies, you've been trying to get her attention by bullying her

*Riymart looks at her for a moment and finally spoke*

Riymart: I've been doing those things just to get your attention. You're the one that I like.

Academic Star

The flowers start blooming as the students enter the Meadow University, a school filled with cheerful and lively students along with the teachers who are there to make their dreams come true. Out of all the students in school, there's one student who stands out — a girl named Ada.

Ada wants to maintain her perfect image in school. She provided free tutoring lessons to students who wanted to excel and she also built a club to reach a wider audience. However, behind her independent exterior and leadership — she hides behind a mask where making a small mistake will become a huge disappointment.

Exam day has come. Ada had been studying the whole night just to get a perfect score and make her parents proud. As she walked confidently in the classroom and took a seat, she let out a heavy breath "Ada, you can do this — a hundred items aren't that bad." She told her self as she took out her pen and began to answer. As the day of school comes to an end, Professor Childe starts to distribute their papers. "Ada, here's your paper. You made a few mistakes unlike the usual, is everything okay?" Professor Childe said as started to worry. Ada took the paper and looked at it with disappointment on her face. "92 over 100? This can't be happening." She mumbled to herself quietly. A heavy emotion starts to consume Ada as she walks on her way to the room where her club is located. Are the people around her really disappointed in her? Or she's the one who's disappointed in herself?

She reached the room and opened the door with a smile on her face as she revealed herself to her co-students. Ada tried to maintain her positive personality while she was tutoring students, few students noticed that there was something off about Ada; they just can't point it out. A student handed out her paper to Ada for her to check it. Ada took the paper and examined it — "You did great, you made 5 mistakes but that's fine." Ada said with a small smile on her face that made the student gasp in happiness. "Thank you, Ada. Thank you for being patient with me and helping me. I know that my mistakes are signs that I've tried." the student said with joy.

That word echoed on Ada's ear and made her stop from checking the paper — "Mistakes are signs that I've tried.". It made her remember the exam she took earlier that day, "Yeah, you're right" she responded quietly.

After a long tiring day from school, Ada walked on her way home; overthinking what her parents might say when she reveals her score in the exam. When Ada finally reached the place, she let out a heavy sigh as she opened the door — revealing her dad, laying on the couch while watching TV and the aroma coming from the kitchen as her mom cooks for their dinner.

Ada walked in and sat down on the couch, her dad looked at her and said "You're just in time, dinner is ready". After a few minutes of waiting, her mom got out of the kitchen while holding a pot with a sweet smile on her face. As they started to have dinner, Ada's parents noticed how down she was. Her mom asked her in a worried tone "Dear, how was your day?", Ada didn't look at her and gave a short reply "It was fine". Her parents noticed how cold her answer was — "Is everything okay?" her father asked, Ada couldn't take the heavy feeling inside her and admitted it "I got 92 over 100 in the final exam". That made her parents smile proudly. "Wow! You did great, sweetheart!" her mom said happily — it made Ada confused because she was expecting them to at least nag at her or say "You could've done better". Ada finally looked at them and asked her parents "You're proud even if I didn't get a perfect score?", her mom and dad looked at each other — wondering why she asked that question. "Of course, Ada! We are so proud of you. You did great! We should celebrate this, what does my beautiful smart daughter want, hm?" her mom said before her dad entered the conversation — "Ada, are you expecting that we're going to be disappointed at you? Ada, you're doing so much more than we expected. We just wanted to see you happy in school, that's all. Who cares if you made a few mistakes? That doesn't change the fact that your correct answers are much more than it.", their support made Ada tear up.

"Thank you, Mom and Dad." she said as she wiped her tears. Her mom and dad hugged her, "Just remember, Ada. The key to success is acceptance. You're more than these scores.". And with that, Ada stopped caring about what people might think if she made mistakes — because the key to success, is acceptance.
