[ --since she was technically banned from working at the lab for a solid week,   kris' entire day had been spent in the confinements of her small gym. a personal   way to relieve herself of stress, and to keep her mind off of multiple things, all she   focused on was landing sharp hits onto the body-sized punching bag.   it was a good thing that her knuckles were wrapped up; if not, they would have been   bleeding by now.  the same goes for her feet and shins; they had been wrapped up   to her knees in order to avoid any scarring or redness from her seemingly-harsh    training.    three hours. that's how long she had been in her small training facility for.    it was about time that she'd stop--before something bad happens to her body. ]
