Sleep is important for the body. Especially for young male lions.

༓Dimitri [ General ] It’s difficult for Dimitri to fall asleep because of two reasons. The first is that he suffers from nightmares since early in his youth. The second is that Dimitri is a light sleeper. So usual, he’ll have chamomile tea to help relax both the body and mind. 

Aside from his childhood friends and Dedue, no one knows that Dimitri talks and mumbling in his sleep. It’s hard to hear what’s being said most of the time. He will move around a lot in bed as well, typically due to being restless. [ +You ] Dimitri is on edge, almost like sitting on pins and needles. Anxiously worries that he’ll do something unattractive or weird in his sleep. Snoring, waking you up, drooling, saying something embarrassing.
