sweet like cinammon

just spent like an hour looking up everything about bullet journals so now i’m wired and desperately want to go to the store to buy a dotted grid journal and pretty pens and washi tape but it’s 5 am and i need to go to bed!!!

My tea’s gone cold I’m wondering why I got out of bed at all. The morning rain clouds up my window and I can’t see at all. And even if I could it’d all be gray, but your picture on my wall, it reminds me that it’s not so bad. I drank too much last night, got bills to pay. My head just feels in pain. I missed the bus and there’ll be hell today, I’m late for work again. And even if I’m there, they’ll all imply that I might not last a day. Then you call me and it’s not so bad. I want to thank you for giving me the best day of my life. And oh, just to be with you is having the best day of my life. 

John Mayer, why is your voice so beautiful? Just stop it already. Actually, do not stop. Ever.

and i hope that years from now you can look back at my memory and remember only the good times and not the time that i burdened you with my departure. and if i prayed, i'd pray that you remember the times that we spent laughing, in the car, at the stoplights and in the parking lots of grocery stores. and as i look back i see you not as the person that you are today but the person that you used to be before five, or three on saturdays.
