It had been some time since Thyos was back near Troy. Word of the war had reached him, but he wasn't able to make it back in time to help. At the very least, he could seek out a temple to pay his respects to the dead.
The leopard however was new.. It was big.. And it smelled of wine? It must've wandered in from some hidden place and gotten into the storage room. Maybe it would be too drunk to attack him.
He would start to talk to himself to ease some of his own tension, and since he figured a leopard couldn't speak. "Let's hope you didn't trash the place or the gods will be annoyed."
"dang. This party is dead it seems. A shame really." "Some parties can go on for days while others seem to fizzle out like a bubble in wine."
He frowns, sipping more wine
"if only my ecstatic followers were here they'd keep it going strong!"
"That could definitely be arranged.. If the gods know of me, then odds are the nobility might also. I can visit the temple of Hades at any time. Should we head to the center of town and see what happens?"
"you know of my followers? Show me to them now."
"I will disguise myself so we can find them also I'm a bored God who rather not go back to Olympus at the moment " "so this is a reason not to" "heheh"
"On that, i'm sure we can agree. Boredom is so annoying."
Thyos would get up and start heading into town. He didn't necessarily know any followers of Dionysus, but even if he wasn't recognized, he knew where one could always find revelry.
A party could be started in any tavern, but that would probably be too easy. Something they might not get very often is a party started in a Barracks. Soldiers were always down for alcohol.

"Oh yeah, just gotta stay happy that i'm still alive.. Have you ever seen your body completely destroyed? Only to blink and have it back the next morning like nothing happened? Some crazy people in a town called Derbent burned me because they thought I was a witch. I made sure to leave before they could see that I wasn't dead. But yeah, so happy that I get to experience that."

"It's not everyday one happens upon a god in their own temple. . Or, i've just been away for too long. Thyos Tychaeus Anaxos, a pleasure to meet you."
"pleasure to see you as well warrior! I know all about you! The gods speak about you often! You are famous on Olympus you should rejoice!"

Thyos had seen what over-confidence did to other people over the years, so he was rather well grounded when he thought about himself.
"I was heading to the temples to pay respects to the dead. I wasn't here when the War happened, so I felt that it was the least I could do for those of Troy."
"oh Thanatos HATES you!"
"but the others don't mind you. Especially Ares. He seems to really enjoy hearing things about you."

Thyos would laugh a bit. Hearing that kind of confirmation straight from an Olympian really was the most concrete evidence.
"I was looking for the temple of Hades to do so, but so much has changed in the last hundred years. I can look for it after this visit though."
He would accept the wine. He assumed it would be divine, and that this situation would definitely be interesting.
