who reaches out to new neighbors
Kuki would reach out to the new neighbors first, and she would drag Hoagie along with her because he is the one over all of their friends who would agree without much of a fuss. In fact, a day after all five of them had moved in, Kuki wanted to go door to door to all their closest neighbors and greet them and let them know how excited she was to be leaving next door to them. Hoagie was the one who was with her for the most part, both joking with their new neighbors and apologizing to anyone who didnât look too pleased to be interrupted by them.
who remembers to buy healthy food
NEITHER OF THEM!!! Listen, if it werenât for Nigel and Abby living with them, then Hoagie, Kuki and Wally would have their house filled with as much junk food as they could possibly fit in there. Especially candy, which like Nigel and Abby has no complaints to, but someone has to be the responsible one when it comes to eating healthy but I doubt that Kuki or Hoagie is that person.Â
who remembers to buy junk food
Both of them and they will buy every single junk food item they could get their hands on until their cart is filled to the brim of junk food. Kuki especially picks up anything that is colorful and sugary whereas Hoagie would stuff their cart with a bunch of hot dogs and all the carbonated sodas that he could find.Â
who fixes the oven when it breaks
Hoagie because he is the only one between the five of them who knows how to repair anything and is the best bet in being successful in fixing the broken oven. But he would do so after he questions Wally on how he broke the oven because letâs face it, if anyone was going to end up breaking it, itâll be Wally.
who waters the plants/feeds their pet(s)
I think Kuki would remember more than Hoagie would, especially when it comes to a pet because there is no way she would go a day without making sure a cute and cuddly animal is fed and pampered with affection.Â
Kuki is the early raiser and Hoagie to this day cannot see how she can wake up with that bright smile on her face and with all that energy she retains. Itâs like she is made out of sugar because Hoagie has woken up before Kuki a few times and every single time she skips into the kitchen, itâs like she doesnât even need any coffee in her system to be as peppy as she normally is. Hoagie sometimes envies it.
Kuki makes her bed because she needs to always make sure that none of her Rainbow Monkeys are out of place or missing somewhere, but Hoagie every once in a while would go without fixing his bed if he especially isnât in the mood to make it. Sometimes Abby has to scold him into doing so because Hoagie can be that lazy when it comes to making his bed.Â
Between the two of them, itâll be Hoagie because Kuki would end up pouring way too much sugar and cream to it even for his own liking. But as a whole, Nigel makes the best coffee even though his is a little more on the bitter side, but the others would just add whatever else they want to it.
Neither, they are both decent enough cooks to not end up burning the food unless like either of them are distracted to realize that the food is being overcooked. Otherwise, Wally would be the one who lets the breakfast burn.Â
how do they let each other know theyâre leaving the house
Hoagie and Kuki loves to give each other big and tight hugs whenever the other one is leaving, Hoagie sometimes even spinning Kuki around before saying bye to her or leaving himself. Sometimes theyâll even shout as loud as they could to make sure everyone hears that they are leaving before going.
how do they greet each other when one of them gets home
The same way as they leave is the same way they greet the other. Especially if one of them had a really good day and they see the other, one would run up to the other and practically attack them with a tight hug before going on about what made their day so great. Hoagie and Kuki are the only ones between their friend group of five who are willing enough to listen to the other go on and on about what happened, even with the smallest of details as the others would lose interest not long after greeting them back.
who brings home little gifts like flowers/chocolates more often
Kuki and itâll usually be something sweet that she wants to share with her friends. Hoagie is the type who would bring home like a new video game for them to try or something than things like flowers. Chocolates, sure, but in a more itâs a bag filled with all sorts of candy and take what you want now or forever hold your peace kind of way.Â
who picks the movie for movie night
Sometimes they have to thumb wrestle to decide on what to watch because while Hoagie and Kuki generally can agree on watching the same movie, there are times where one wants to see something that the other doesnât and to figure out who picks, they go 2-out-of-3 thumb war.Â
their favorite kind of movie to watch
They watch anything animated together, it doesnât matter what, because they both enjoys it and usually animated films has enough of the fantasy and imagination for Kuki and enough of the humor and action for Hoagie.Â
who first suggests a pillow fort
Kuki would and Hoagie would laugh at the suggestion before agreeing to it. Kuki suggesting it wouldnât even the the first time they make a pillow fort, as doing so has been something all five of them had done from time to time and regardless of how old they get, pillow forts never  stops being fun for them even when they somehow messes up.
who builds the pillow fort
Hoagie is better at coming up with the structure for it, but he always listens to Kukiâs inputs because she always finds a way to make it cool and different every single time. Plus, once, they created a fort together when they were alone at the house and Nigel, Abby and Wally came home to their entire house decorated with pillows and blankets. The pair refused to let their friends take it down and insisted that they go through it by crawling until the very next day after they got bored.
who tries to distract the other during the movie
They are both equally as distracting so it could go from Hoagie joking about the movie or pointing out an inaccuracy from it to Kuki laughing a bit too loudly or getting all pouty because her favorite character got hurt.Â
Kuki and Hoagie is more than okay in letting her fall asleep against him because he's use to it by now and would just wait until the movie is over or until he getâs bored before picking her up and carrying her back into her bedroom. Hoagie would even tuck Kuki in because he is an older brother through and through and he isnât going to let Kuki sleep uncomfortably.Â
who is big spoon/little spoonÂ
Seeing how they all grew up together and are practically brothers and sisters to one another, cuddling up and holding one another isnât that weird for any of them and like usually Hoagie is the big spoon and Kuki is the little spoon. But if Kuki is in a very affectionate mood at the time and is the one who snuggles up to him, then Hoagie letâs Kuki be the big spoon until she either falls asleep or until none of them feels like being all snuggly anymore.Â
