Today i’ve already went to the gym for one and a half hour and rode my bike for around 1h so i already burned many calories :)
my fast is going good so far ! Maybe have to break it depending on if my mom wants to eat dinner together today :/ but she won’t be home for another few hours so it’s still gonna be a over 20h fast !
lunch: skipped
dinner:
ended my fast after 21h :/ My mom made us those sandwiches and i would feel bad to tell her to throw it away
it’s still a really low calorie meal so i don’t feel too bad !
tomorrow my mom and i will go a a small shopping spree ! It will be much walking but i’m scared of the eating part since she probably wants to go to a restaurant:/

todays breakfast was some wholegrain toasties one with cream cheese and cucumber and one with homemade cherry jam and some green tea 🍒

for lunch i ate some soup that my mom made, not 100% sure what it’s made of but i had it with a piece of sandwich toast
snack:
had a snack for the first time in a while, ate a strawberry yoghurt and two small pieces of chocolate 🫠
…. after this i’ve binged so bad that it’s embarrassing to list everything i’ve eaten….
can’t even put the results here since i don’t know how much calories i’ve eaten….
i’m so embarrassed oml
but currently 12h into my 35h fast to make up for the shit i did yesterday night 🤡

for breakfast I had two rice cakes with some peanut butter and banana along with some green tea 🍃
lunch:
for lunch i ate this salad, also posted how to make it on my account ☺️
dinner: skipped
couldn’t walk as much as i planned today since there was a heavy thunderstorm! But still managed to at least get some steps :)
also did a workout in the morning

low cal surumi salad 🦀
today i’ve wanted to show you how to make my most favorite salad ! It’s really tasty and super filling !
step 1:
cut up some cucumber and put it in a bowl
step 2 :
now cut up 3 plain surumi sticks and add them
Step 3:
cook one egg, remove the yolk and only add the whites
step 4:
now add one and a half tablespoons of low fat greek yoghurt
step 5:
now add one teaspoon of soy sauce
step 6:
now it’s time for seasoning, i put a bit of salt and chilly
step 7:
add some dried chives if u want to
step 8:
now mix it well and enjoy!
the entire salad has around 170kcal !

ate two small slices of bread with cream cheese and cucumber at work, couldn’t take a pic and also a small donut (🫠)

dinner:
went to my boyfriends place and we ate some noodles with basilica sauce, felt really full after wards and i hate that feeling :/
Almost 6.5k steps outside of work plus 4h at work that weren’t counted.
+20min of riding a bike most of the time uphill!
maybe gonna do the same youtube workouts from yesterday later but won’t put this here since i’m posting this right away

had to be at work today again, so for breakfast i’ve eaten yesterdays left over rice pudding with banana :)
lunch: had a little bit of chicken fricassee at work, which I regret eating since it didn’t even taste good :/
dinner:
woke up from a 3h nap and my mom made us some dinner, ate the salad (greens, cucumber, tomato, greek yoghurt dressing and seasoning) and a piece of grilled bread with liver cheese
the steps i did outside of work, but i’m pretty sure it’s way more since i can’t keep my phone on me at work but i’m on my feet most of the time.
planning to do some workout video today:

Breakfast:
today i already feel better, still having stomach aches but the fever and headache is gone :)
I ate a grilled sandwich with just 3/4 of a banana inside with some black tea ☕️
Afterwards I even felt good enough to do a small workout in my living room :)
These are the 3 workouts i did, one is more of a stretching but it really helps to fix posture and loosen up tense muscles in the back and shoulder !
I really recommend april hans workouts they are really good and for me most importantly slow, since i have anemia i can’t do high impact workouts or go for a run or even jogging because it makes me feel super dizzy.
so i love her workouts! As same as pilates and yoga :)
trying to go for a small little walk in the evening later!

for dinner my mom made me some rice pudding (?) on oat milk with half a banana and some cinnamon :)
ended up not going on a walk no more, instead i did some selfcare like manicure, hair oiling and washing, cleaned my room and changed my sheets, so still a good and kinda successful day for a first day of feeling better again 🙃

the stomach virus got better but i still can’t eat most of the food i have…. so rusk it is:,)
Lunch:
Today my mom made me some plain noodles with cucumbers and some kisel (кисель) slavic people know what that is, it’s basically a actually really low calorie jelly like drink with berries in it and it tastes great and is good for your digestive system!!
Had a bit of a stomach ache after eating but it wasn’t too bad.
Stayed in bed all day today again, trying to recover quickly, maybe gonna try to go to the gym tomorrow, depends on how i will feel tomorrow:/
RESULTS:

Because of my stomach virus, all I could eat today was this, i only threw up that one time at night but still had a very bad stomach ache all day plus high fever…
Ate some banana, a rusk plus some tea.
for lunch i ate nothing but then for dinner i ate the same again.
didn’t got out of bed today and spend all day sleeping.

Breakfast:
Again have to go to work to day so meal prepping!
Breakfast is actually again the same but i really like it since it’s just around 120kcal but super filling, and this consistency to the same meal kind of stops me from overeating in the morning.
Packed Watermelon as a snack for my break at work.
I didn’t pack lunch today since there is gonna be a quite okeyish lunch at work today, just some wish with a bit potatoes, so i will just eat that.
Ate at around 8:35 after a 13h fast.
At work i then ate some potatoes and fish.
Went out with friends in the evening and could collect many steps :)
Bu the day didn’t stay as planned, i think i got myself an infection from work and had bad stomach aches all day, then around 2am at night i woke up and had to throw up around 5 times in a row…. couldn’t sleep all night tho

Breakfast / Lunch :
Had to go to work today so I packed my food.
breakfast was same as yesterday,
lunch some plov again,
and for a little snack I got some watermelon.
ate breakfast at 8:30am at work after a 18.5h fast, had lunch at 11:30am, had some extra food at work that i’m not really proud of 🤡
I couldn’t have my phone on me while i was at work but i work from 8am to 4pm and i’m 80% of the time on my feet walking around so it’s probably way more than those steps but since i don’t have a smartwatch i sadly can’t track those steps :/
I planned on going to the gym today but my dentist appointment had me waiting way too long and i was home by 7pm- so i couldn’t go to the gym no more :/
today is such a shitty day fr-
Did this pilates instead :) to not feel too guilty…
