The coloring was automatically done by PaintsChainer, the result is tooo gooood it blown up my mind so i decide to place them here.

 Some rough sketches of character design, most of them are the protagonist of the story whom i named YA, a skinny but lovable little kid in my imagination. living in a nomadic village at north far away from the kingdom, the tattered clothes and the messy hair bun make it hard to tell if the kid were a girl or a boy. and secretly he/she seems to have some magical power :)

Some vague concept development of the very first scene . Surrounded by the ruins of village, A boy/girl awaked in the middle of a blizzard.
