I fucking LOVED the side scroller platforming segments of this they were so fun, the bouncing mechanic kinda reminded me of hollow knight (i forgor what it’s called maybe pogo bouncing lol), I sucked at the bravery mechanic I struggled a lot with actually charging up the attack and I couldn’t figure out how to make tapping work

Ralsei was super interesting in this chapter I loved seeing him actually showing how he feels about things like how irritating flowery was for him and him teasing orange cause he found her cute

Seth is my gender ambiguous/questioning icon, and I may be misremembering but I don’t believe the characters every referred to Seth as anything other then Seth or Purple so I wonder if Seth uses no pronouns? That would be neat if so, I didn’t look through all of the break time interactions tho so they may have done so in there

I really like how all of the flowers were personified, they’re all so cute and super distinct from one another but still managed to mesh together well I think my favorite is Blue, mainly because they remind me of two of my siblings oc’s and I adore his and Yellows relationship I find it very cute, reminds me of how some people interpret MettaTenna

ALSO THE FUCKING SECRET BOSS?!?!?! I LOVE MAD MEW MEW SO MUCH SHE’S BACK MY GIRL!!! SHE’S AN IDOL SHE’S A REAL LIFE ANIME GIRL!!! (as ‘real life’ as she can get pfff) I know irl idols are a thing but the whole time I was like “she’s a vtuber now holy shit!!” I really hope we actually get to see her again, atleast one more time

Also also I haven’t went back to look but I swear someone super chatted about “what if there’s a song with miku in it” on phisnoms bingo stream and once it started playing that’s all I could fucking think about what did that chatter see, how the fuck did they know

Oh and the egg! This is the first time I managed to find it without having to look it up so I was happy about that (I know we were basically told how to in chapter 3 but let me have this pfff) I wonder if finding them is actually gonna do anything like in the game or if it’s just gonna be an achievement, personally I’d be ok with either but it’s fun to think about

There were so many moments that made me audibly say “oh my fucking god” like asgore saying he’d parade the body of the person who created the dark fountain around in the streets like hello????? Even without the context that kris did it that’s fucked dude your a ex-cop trying to get your job back you can’t be talking like that and yellow straight up said he was gonna bury himself alive, the faces susie and ralsie made were perfect I dead ass just sat there a minute cause what do you mean??? In Deltarune??? We’re saying that in Deltarune??? I was cracking the fuck up the characters reactions to that just sell it really

I can’t believe that one bit of papyrus calling flowey “flowery” came back btw that’s so fun, I genuinely wonder how many little things like that are gonna end up being references to deltarune we already have the photos in sans lab which btw SUSIE DREW IN THIS CHAPTER AT THE ICE CREAM STAND LIKE OH MY GOD I think in the Undertale one there was only 3 people in the photo but maybe susie just didn’t draw Noelle?
