Like Bob Marley said in the 60s “The people who were trying to make this world worse are not taking the day off. Why should I?” We are the daughters and sons of those who made sacrifices to better humanity. We can selfishly turn down our voice and sit in silence while ignoring the issues in front. Until one day it comes knocking on your door until one day you are faced with what others are trying to recover from. It’s not until we are directly affected that we become someone willing to fight for others. When all along the cure was a concern.
